Love that it has its own strip outside and its quite central to LV. Beds were really comfy and the room was anything but 'basic' for the price. Can't comment on staff as you don't really see any apart from all the workers of the tables/shops

That you constantly get 'spam' messages from them and can't get them to reply to an actual message - it wasn't clear about how the parking worked and so we had to do a bit of graft to work it out before we got there. Check in is also a bit of a ballache

The price and location are unbeatable.

I don't know if they are understaffed or it's on purpose, however if you need any help prepare yourself to a lot of frustration, the self-checking system is awful and I needed assistance because wasn't recognizing my reservation, but there were no staff that could help woth that, the existing ones said "just go to the self-checking in" after over half an hour someone showed up on the VIP desk and I asked for assistance she was helpful but still took a lifetime to open the system and manually check in.

The fitness center was 24hours and easy to access( was on my floor 6th floor) Check in was easy yet a little confusing since they have a do it yourself machine and 1 person u can talk to verbally. The room , although a little small, was nice and clean with a walk in shower. Everything worked in the room, although the heater took a min to come on.(stayed during cold front).

Restaurants and food options close early, except for a food truck. If you happen to have a early flight before 5am, you cannot checkout directly. Only can drop your keys and hold to the word of desk agent that they will email you your folio(which they never did). I didn't like that it was a good walk from Check in desk to the Bell desk. They should be closer to each other. I didn't like being charged for early check in. If a room is clean and available, I don't see why someone cannot accommodate. I was only staying the the room for 12 hrs not even a full day because I had to be at airport around 2:30am the next morning

3D animation screen fantastic around the hotel. Excellent location. View on the high roller. Exit right to the vegas strip. Modern design. Many fast speed elevators, no need to wait long.

Poor cleaning. Very dirty A/C filters, like one year no one cleaned it. Dust in the corners of the room. Poor ventilation in the main hall/casino.

The property is centrally located on the strip and right on the promenade area.

The spa is an extra $50 a day, the pool was only for partying, fitness center was kind of dated.

Its in the center, good facilities, restaurants

The room assigned to me smells like tequilla the entire stay 😁

The linq was pretty nice and comfortable stay.

The only thing I didn’t like was being charged for wifi, if we are staying at the hotel and also for being charged for parking if we are guest staying .

I absolutely LOVED THE LOCATION it was central to everything. I ESPECIALLY LOVED THE PROMENADE IT WAS LIKE A MINI STRIP.

I didn’t like the self check in being that it was my first time ever in Vegas and also HOW HUGE THE PROPERTY WAS I WOULD HAVE LIKED A LITTLE MORE HUMAN INTERACTION.

Clean room, perfect location.

The view, you should pay around 50$ per day to have city or pool view.

Location was great , in the middle of the strip and we could walk either direction to access shops and other casinos.

I booked 2 rooms , I emailed twice and phoned once , advising we would be arriving late in eh evening/ early morning and as we were staying 8 nights , could they please keep our reservation for that night and keep us either in connected rooms OR on the same floor . When we arrived at 1AM , after flying in from Hawaii , we were advised that we were on different floors and basically it was bad luck and our fault that we arrived so late. Not happy about that . The next day we were moved to the same floor , across the hall from each other.
