The room size was amazing, it states that it is bigger than the normal size of a room and it met that expectation over and above. Had a beautiful kitchen with a sink, microwave and good size fridge freezer, plus cupboards/drawers for storage. The bathroom was set back in the room and had a lovely changing kind of room just outside the actual bathroom then the sink and large mirror was also in that area and it was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable and it had a dining / lounge area. Cleanliness was 10/10, We would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, this room was upstairs and I am 8 weeks post-op with a knee replacement. The lady at the desk was unable to accommodate us with another room on the ground floor as they were fully booked. We managed, and in hindsight, I should of called ahead. The only other issue around the same thing was the toilet was very low and caused a bit of discomfort but we managed because everything else was amazing. They didnt have a disabled room offer except for hearing, not sure what that meant but it worked out for us and most people wont have this type of issue anyway.

The room was nice, comfortable, and quiet. Good location, easy to find. The whirlpool tub was lovely after a long day of traveling and walking on the beach. The bed was large, and the pillows were great too. Within walking distance of a great pizza place and food trucks.

Our AC took a long time to cool the room, but that could have been because it was very hot outside.

The beds were comfortable and the pool/hot tub were surprisingly really nice! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have had. The breakfast knocked any Hilton out of the park. Also within walking distance of really good restaurants.

One of our rooms had a tongue ring on the floor by the bed and it smelt like a man had just got out of the shower. But other than that the room was clean. Would of been nice to have seen those tape stickers on the beds and toilet that say they were cleaned. But the beds and toilet looked clean. Would of been nice to have a TV guide also.

Staff was very helpful and they made special effort to accommodate us during the restrictions from COVID-19. I liked there was coffee available in the lobby anytime I wanted. The room was quiet even though a highway was just outside the property. Grab n Go breakfasts were filling and very convenient.

Carpeting was dated and the furniture was chunky and filled up valuable floor space. I imagine once things return to normal they will be able to do some renovations. The other minus was it was a bit difficult to walk to nearby restaurants because of the highway and traffic but if we were younger, we could have.

The room was so quiet and comforting. It felt like home after a horrible experience the night prior at another motel. I also loved the pup bag with two treats for my pup! They made him feel welcome!

Some areas could have been cleaned a little better, but overall it was a great experience.

It was clean, breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly would definitely stay with best western holiday hotel again.

Bed was a little hard for me.

Location; parking; easy access; quiet

One or two days the maid service was not the best .All dirty towels were left in bath tub one day. Only thing done was bed made but wasn’t vacuumed. The trashes were emptied though each day. Ice bucket not emptied, not big things but just not attention to detail.

Pleasant greeting from freindly Staff. Room basic but clean, breakfast was good. Good parking

Rooms are in a building on the opposite side of the car park up a couple of sets of steps (no lift)

The non smoking rooms had a smoking sitting area 1 door down and we could smell smoke The whole time.
