Nice night staff, decent breakfast.

The spa was not heated. We wanted 15 minutes of hot tub to relax tired muscles and feet and it was barely lukewarm. Please heat it and keep it open till 11:00pm or so during big Dallas events. We came in from a LONG day at the State Fair and just wanted 15 minutes and we got a my manager won’t allow that. When we went the next morning and it was not even warm it was more frustrating. A hot tub matters to some of us and I won’t stay here again without it.

Location and accessibility. The smaller room I moved into was nice and comfortable with a view of the mountains and woodland in the back. Nice and quiet.

First room was a wheelchair accessible room as that was the only bigger room they had. Clearly converted from a large double into that. Bathroom was huge but still had a bathtub in there which does not make sense. Handheld shower head would be hard to get at as it was mounted high up on the original fixed head position. And no water pressure to boot. TV did not have reception, got another room. They have a laundry room but when asked for change they referred me to a nearby store. :(

All of the front desk staff during my stay were professional and courteous. The art of customer service is often lost when interacting with employees, but not at GLo, even the housekeepers were pleasant and helpful. Wish I would have gotten names for an appropriate shoutout! Will DEFINITELY return beautiful lobby, clean and contemporary styled rooms.

Staff was friendly and helpful .

Didn't like cause I booked a month out and when we got there management had said we needed to pay more money for property damage and it was going to be taken off my card which was $200 and I would get it back after our stay which could take a week . Finally let us us pay cash cause I wanted it back immediately.. Lawn wasn't mowed but other than that it was a great stay.

The entire place was perfectly suited to my needs. The inside lobby was decorated to have a great feeling. It felt like I was walking into an alien environment. I was highly Impressed.

The Carbon monoxide Alarm going off in the morning. The Phone line appeared to be down, the day I checked out. The Wall paper was peeling up in the bathroom near the shower. The Shower ceiling needed a fresh coat of water resistant paint. The lamps hanging above the Night stands need to be check periodically for missing Nuts keeping the lamp shade from falling on your hand.

Food was very good. The area was very clean.

The light was shining in the room from the window there was no way to prevent the light from outside into the room. Didn't sleep good and the coffee maker didn't work .

The property was VERY clean, smelled good and the fact that this place did not have carpet in the rooms, no pets allowed, and no smoking was a definite plus for me and my kids. My kids are allergic to pet dander and have severe allergies, so I was VERY thankful for these rules.

I have NO complaints!

Very beautiful property. You could smell how clean everything was when you walked in. The hallways were clean, receptionist was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed was quiet comfy. Love the Roku tv option as we were able to add our streaming channel’s and watch what we wanted to watch without being stuck with the traditional boring live tv. Definitely worth the money and will stay again whenever we’re in the area. This place is now go to place!

Always smells good, clean ,staff are amazing, overall awesome. Breakfast options are good! 2nd stay here and was good as the first.

No complaints. The only miss was that they needed to make sure the complimentary body products were full, we had an empty body wash ( hence why I always tell my hubby I bring my own). But nothing major.

Hotel itself was very nice! Clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location right off of a busy road was not ideal. Very difficult to get in and out of the hotel.

Location- not in a great area. Getting in and out of the hotel was a challenge because of the location right off a busy road/highway.
