good location, breakfast could be a little more fresh but they had people serve you which was awesome && they stayed open later for people who were waking up late. tonya & lucy we’re the front desk ladies && helped us so much dealing with our truck being stolen at the property. lucy gave my son snacks for his birthday to help out and they offered us to stay a few hours longer while we got car arrangements!

apparently it’s a bad location for cars being stolen but that’s everywhere now a days

The location was quiet, calming, and relaxing, which made it a comfortable stay. The rooms were neat, clean, and in excellent condition. I love their small details, like a coffee maker, desk, refrigerator, and microwave in rooms, and they were provided with small shampoo/conditioner, towels, hair dryer, flat iron, and hangers. For breakfast, the food was good. I lived the waffle makers they had. I will definitely return to this location when staying in Dallas.

The staff as extremely friendly. Stephanie was incredible helpful and very nice, she make my stay really good, the woman on the kitchen too, oh and Emilia, this is a very nice hotel with very nice staff. About the room, it was spacious, have a fridge and a microwave, sometimes I arrive late and just buy something for the microwave was really helpful, I had my bottle of water and there's a dispenser near the reception, the temperature In The room was great, the bed was comfy and lots of pillows

location, could have had more breakfast choices, wasn't happy that I had to get my card re-keyed for the 2nd night, there was no menu on TV for selection so had too scroll each channel and figure out what was playing

The staff of the property was super friendly and helpful. We had to pivot on one of our night activities so they were super helpful in making recommendations for eating locations for a Mexican restaurant.

They are very busy so we did have to wait a little longer than expected to check in to our rooms. Could have used a little vacuum, but they were very very busy flipping the rooms.

We really enjoyed the stay. The facility, as well as the staff, were very pleasing and hospitable. I look forward to future stays at that location. It was the icing on the cake for our wedding experience. Thanks again.

I did not require much so left "do not disturb" on during my 3 day stay. I was not bothered at all, which was what I wanted. The breakfast was filling and tasted good. Parking was plentiful each time I left and came back.

The breakfast was good. The location was good. The service was good and friendly. My stay was comfortable and met all my needs. I would stay there again.

I felt the hotel was overpriced, but it was one of the less expensive of the area. I usually can get the same good accommodations in my traveling for $80 a night. You could hear some sounds from other rooms, but it wasn’t bad and the A/C fan noise would help drown it out. I would still stay there again if I’m in the area again.

Toiletries were used. Toiletries are already 0.5 ounces, for them not to be replaced after previous occupants used them was frustrating. Additionally, messages about room service were delivered late causing my room not to be restocked when needed.

The girl that checked us in was so nice and friendly more people need to be like her.....the lady cooking breakfast was also so kind..we really enjoyed our stay

The powder eggs I did not like ...missed the bacon it was the same breakfast for two days......we needed to have something different.
