The Location was very good, close to many attraction. But the hotel and rooms are extremely tired and old. In urgent need of change. Dirty carpets and very very old building. Making the cost too much over priced.

No option for Halal food for muslim guests, inspite of seeing few of them over my stay. Making me not coming back to this hotel or recommending it to family and friends. Being an international hotel charging your guests this price you should offer an option for Halal food in the buffet. Even the food tong was common between pork and other food which made us suffer with eating food in the hotel. Plus, lounge breakfast buffet was somehow poor comparing the xommon buffet in the cascade restaurant. However the cascade restaurant was fine . Please look into the Halal food option to make it perfect.

After a long night fight, we arrived at the dusit many hours before check in, we were exhausted the staff found us a room where we could have a shower and a bed till our room we booked was ready. They went out of their way to accommodate us made to feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble.i wish to thank all staff for a brilliant stay at the Dusit Thani.Food was excellent ,magnificent grounds and swimming pools and location,while it is not the newest hotel the maintenance and charm is overwhelming not like those skyscrapers with no feeling .

The beachfront location was great and within few minutes walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall. The 3 different pool areas were pristine with plenty of loungers, day beds and umbrellas. Buffet Breakfast was amazing and the Cascade restaurant was well priced. Everywhere from the carefully manicured entrance grounds to the magnificent front lobby and atrium with waterfall were majestic. The staff were always so helpful and willing to please. Excellent service.

Unfortunately, in a couple of areas it is looking a little tired. The carpets in the rooms and hallways although they are vacuumed were stained and the look of which lets it down. I have been advised plans are in place for their replacement. We could not sit out and enjoy our balcony as the noise from generator/air conditioning was very noisy.

Amazing big room with a nice comfy bed, a little fridge, and all you need. We had a view on the pool and the ocean with a great sunset. The bathroom is good and modernised with a shower. There are two pool areas. It was a perfect spot to go to the wonderfruit festival as the shuttle bus comes and goes from this hotel. Right on the beach and easy access to the center of pattaya.

No possible late check out, sadly. The room was a bit dusty at some places like below the tv. Breakfast is very expensive, so we went to the nearby places. Many places around.

The location is perfect, right on the beach, easily accessible for baht bus and shopping. We had a sea view room which was large with a balcony. Breakfast buffet is excellent and we also had the Seafood/Carvery Buffet on a Saturday night which is not to be missed. Unfortunately they were renovating Seafood by the Bay when we were there so they did the buffet in the restaurant but it didn’t matter the food was delicious and the choice was amazing. Pool staff are great. Reception staff very professional and friendly.

Housekeeping is under staffed, they struggled to do our room daily and our sheets weren’t changed during our 7 day stay. Carpets in room need cleaning very stained and the bathroom was mouldy. Once again the staff don’t have time to clean properly. Gift shop is supposed to be opened daily but I only saw it open twice during our stay which was disappointing as I did want to buy from there. Lobby bar music too loud so we never went in.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dusit Thani Pattaya, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a high standard of cleanliness, which made for a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and meticulously kept, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was both inviting and relaxing. One of the standout features of my visit was the service. The staff at Dusit Thani Pattaya went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was pleasant. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile, which truly enhanced the overall experience.

The breakfast options left something to be desired. While the quality of the food was good, the variety was somewhat limited. If you’re a fan of a diverse breakfast spread, you might find the selection a bit underwhelming. That said, there were still some tasty choices available, and the staff was quick to replenish the dishes that were running low.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the seafood buffet is a must. There are two pool areas, and both had a bar with great food offerings. One pool area was more suited for families and the other had cabanas.

We were upgraded to a suite on level 3, however it was very outdated and needs refurbishing. Stayed in a similar room 24 years ago and the room had the same decor, However, the pools, the resort foyer and entrance, the bar & restaurant have been updated

Dusit Thani is always a sign of high-quality service and that was true with Dusit Thani Pattaya as well - very helpful stuff, goodswimming poll and gym very close to a beach, really a nice place for reasonable money.

The building itself looks a bit old though that does not affect the level of service but the building needs a modern-style renovation to up to Dusit Thani total standards.

The hotel's location is superb as you can easily access anywhere with Tutu (10 Bahts). It boasts three swimming pools that are never overcrowded, ensuring that you will have ample space to enjoy. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of options. Although the room may look a bit dated, I believe you get what you pay for. Personally, I am completely satisfied with it. Upon entering the hotel, the lobby and tropical interior design create an enjoyable ambiance, making it the perfect vacation spot. One of the largest shopping malls, Terminal 21, and a supermarket (Big C) are within walking distance. If you have the opportunity, consider visiting the Fish Market and having a restaurant prepare your own seafood. The prices are great but be prepared to endure the lack of air conditioning and the absence of beer to accompany your lobsters or prawns.
