The spa facilities are fantastic. Two saunas and a steam room, two pools and a salt room. Breakfast is really great with a wide selection and coffee to order as you like. Staff are helpful and polite. Beds are large and comfortable, rooms spacious and great water pressure in the shower.
It would be great to have a power socket near the bed. The closest power socket is on the other side of the room...

The spa section of this hotel is fantastic. Two separate saunas and a steam room, two pools and a salt room. Breakfast is fresh, lovely coffee and a great selection of local and foreign cuisine.

My perfect hotel in Kyiv. Fabulous indeed. I keep returning there to relax in spa in between my business meetings. I like the location: I can enjoy the breakfast, spend some time in the pool or gym and then quickly get out of the city avoiding any traffic. Perfect location if you travel by car and need to move towards Zhytomyr.
I would prefer to have more options in the menu which would be suitable for children. Something less fancy, e.g. a pizza.

The spa area , which are the main point of choosing this hotel, its not due to the location. Then its quite far from the city center, more like Kiev outskirts , but that we knew in advance so the main point for this stay was the spa facillities which we enjoyed fully. Very clean and neat Hotel, quiet , great aircondition. Kind staff .
Staff tend to forget orders, if this happens once its not even to mention, but when it happens 2-3 times a day and you have to request your coffee in the morning or cocktail at the pool again you get a little annoyed. Its not like the hotel is under manned, quite the opposite, maybe that was the reason. (5 people behind the bar/desk at the breskfast area .)

The prices in the bar in the room are very high. Water 0.33 grams - 120 hryvnia 🧐 It is unacceptable to inflate the price of ordinary water
