The staff is amazing, truly, all of them, very friendly & ready to help out with any foreseeable or unforeseeable issues.

The internet could be better on those days when there's no obvious aftermath of shellings having damaged the infrastructure. I've stayed at the hotel multiple times, so it's a general observation. I even had to rent out co-working spaces nearby for the needs that could've otherwise been satisfied purely on the territory of the hotel as they have nice seating areas suitable for work on your computer downstairs near the kitchen & upstairs near the cafe.

he hostel is very clean and I like the secure, large lockers for bags. The pods are large and easy to use and stretch out in. For the price, these features are really good to have. The pods are separated into different rooms, which greatly reduces noise. The rules are also very clear and everyone was compliant and courteous to one another. As for internet, the WiFi is the only option. It’s not fast by any means, but useable for simple browsing.

The major downside is that the pods get uncomfortably hot. The fans are quiet but inadequate for ventilation and it often feels quite stuffy. If you need a cool room to sleep this is not the place for you. However, if that’s not an issue for you then this is 100% worth going to.

1. Not a very comfortable room, because the matrass is hard and it's hard to fall alseep 2. Low soundproofing of the capsule. You can basically hear everything 3. No signal. You can't call anyone, because the hostel is basicaly located on low ground area (parking) 4. Paid towels. 1$ for a new one, but you can get one for free each 5 days 5. Small space for bags and personal items

Hotel Constellation 89 is a reasonable choice for a short stay, especially if you're looking for a budget-friendly option. The location is quite convenient, making it easy to explore the area or catch transport connections. The staff were polite and accommodating, always ready to answer questions or provide assistance. The capsule was clean and had all the basics you’d need for a night.

The biggest issue was the mattress—it was so old and uncomfortable that it felt like sleeping on a wooden plank. This made it hard to get a good night's rest. Additionally, the bathroom setup was inconvenient, with only one sink available. This caused long queues in the morning, which was frustrating, especially when you're in a hurry.

Capsules are very comfortable and the atmosphere is also nice. Bathrooms are nice and clean, spacious, shower is also good. Kitchen is also decent, well equipped. Staff is friendly and know English well, that helps a lot. There’s quite a few shops, supermarkets and good restaurants all very close. Train station is also not too far. A great place for a pretty decent price.

Not exactly an issue but a bit far from the city centre. Also some people staying there were inconsiderate, always listening to their own crap with no headphones (I hope one day people will learn).

Common spaces are tiny. The capsule can’t be locked so we need to leave everything in our lockers which are in a different part of the hostel. Would be good if we could safely leave computer/chargers in the capsule when away.

Very interesting experience. Not so comfortable as a usual hotel room, just because of amenities outside the capsule section. My capsule were placed at the top 3d level, so it's good I didn't need a night trip to bathroom:) in all other points, I'd prefer this hotel to a casual one. And to sleep in a capsule was really restful bcs of minimum light and noise around

It's very clean and well groomed, but at nights and in early mornings a shower area couldn't wait for the cleaning staff

It feels exactly like the same capsule hotels I experienced in Tokyo Japan, so much the same I cannot tell the difference! The space station theme makes it even more attractive! I love the idea of lockers for everyone on one side, mandatory slippers passed that point, WC next and capsules in this order! Washing machine and dryer available too, quality breakfast included makes this stay feel complete! I had an excellent stay and so did my friend who tried it the first time

Everything about the hotel was top tier. Maybe depending on where you plan to go in the city? It's only about 10 minutes of walk from downtown, not big deal to us.

Super. Well-designed modern and space shuttle themed (in detail) hostel with capsules. like Disney theme parks. The capsule room was unexpectedly comfortable and convenient. not so small, and with a slide door for privacy. mirror, cool purple light, and usual light. good ventilator switch. sittable height inside. possible work with a laptop in a capsule (if not making noise). There is a cafe with desks. There are some supermarkets nearby, like Blyzenko and Silpo. Generally, for such a price, it is super. I would like to stay there again for a long period of time if I go to Lviv.

Access to booking .com is blocked on their Wifi and maybe not so high speed Internet? The kitchen is for only microwave cooking..

Exceptional quality accomodations at rates everyone can afford with superb range of options and adequate space with great and secure wifi, hot water 24/7, amazing 24/7 concierge staff, daily cleaning staff, kitchenette, numerous washrooms and shower stalls, adequate location near city centre within 20 minutes walk, shops stores and restaurants in a couple minutes walk, good air quality and air conditioning. Great restaurant. Sturdy ladders. Unique atmospherics (pun intended). Best value for money in Lviv.

Ladders are too small but very sturdy. Motion sensing lights are only set for 5 minutes.
