The location of the hotel is very good, just a five minute walk to the old city's central square. The room is spacious and airy, with high ceilings. The bed is comfortable, and a pair of slippers and a bottle of mineral water come in very handy. On the ground floor there is a very good restaurant which serves excellent meals at an affordable price.

A thick duvet is a good thing when the air temperature in the room is low but there should be an option to use a thinner blanket when the room is warm.

The hotel as a whole looks very elegant classical beautiful ~It's nice to have a balcony with a view! The location is very convenient to travel and close to attractions. The hotel staff are very friendly and enthusiastic!! All hotel facilities are very good!!!

The entrance to the hotel is a bit hidden, next to the restaurant, you need to look carefully or ask someone.The hotel was a little under-heated and our rooms were quite large, so it was a bit cold at night.

Hotel right in the city. Supermarket and shopping facilities not far away. Stylishly furnished hotel with lots of pictures.

A bit noisy until midnight, trams drive right past the hotel and there are lots of young people making noise. Very quiet after midnight because of the curfew. Only a small trash can in the bathroom, no trash can in the room. Cobwebs on the window upstairs.

Excellent location and wonderful, friendly staff. I arrived two hours before check-in but they happily allowed me to check in sooner, and there is a very convenient, spacious luggage storage area which is very welcome.

I can't complain about the noise - it's right on the main street, but just be aware of that with certain rooms. Otherwise, everything was absolutely fine.

Beautiful small hotel in the historical centre of the Lviv. All the staff are professional, friendly, polite. Amazing views from the window- ancient cathedral, Opera House. Beautiful and comfortable room. Absolutely amazing part of the city. Ancient streets with the incredible history. Outstanding choice of the cafes, restaurants, shops. Just love the city, atmosphere and the people.

A nice cozy room. Clean bathroom, good water pressure in the shower, temperature was also quite ok, it is quiet, even though the main street is just behind the window.

It would be nice to have a remote for the AC and have the room a couple of degrees cooler.

Perfect location, within walking distance practically everywhere we needed to go, both for professional meetings and as tourists. 24/7 reception. Wi-fi working fine. Everything nice and clean, there were 2 bottles of water waiting for us, the room was average sized, without fireworks, but for this price and location you can't complain.

Missing some basic amenities like hairdryer, slippers, mini-fridge, iron.. Also there were some very unpleasant, cold light bulbs in some of the lamps in the corridor (and some had no bulb at all), so considering the price of a bulb it's surprising that no-one took care of it. The style of the interior is a bit Soviet-era, but actually for us it was a positive aspect, as it added to the Lviv experience.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of almost everything. Breakfast was served after 9 am so we were long gone by that time.

Nothing, although the air raid warnings could have been louder. Slept the whole night through!

Good location, helpful staff, very clean, fair price, good facilities and they give you a torch in case of power cuts during current situation in Ukraine. The best place to stay if you are visiting Lviv soon.

Hotel is placed in the centre of Lviv, near the Rynok square and Theatre of opera and ballet and a lot of other touristic places. Stunning view from window. Pretty nice room, friendly staff.

It is noisy outside so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep.
