- Good location and Friendly staff. - Staff was responsive and accommodating to our requests. - Free valet parking was a big plus in Abu Dhabi. Plus a supermarket and dry cleaners right next to it. - We were cautious of a club on the upper floors, but we were on the 7th floor and didn't hear a thing. - Very clean and were even providing free large water bottles daily.

- The hotel provided a baby cot but the quality of it wasn't great. - We reserved a suite, but the bedroom and living room have a partial separator (not a full door) - it was fine by us, but would've preferred more privacy, especially for a suite.

from the reception to the elevator is about 15 meters, in these 15 meters you are greeted by about 3 guards who look at you a little and make you feel embarrassed, I don't know what role these 3 guards have, but almost every time when I entered the hotel, I was asked if I stay there. their attitude is very annoying, I think that 1 is far too enough and 3 is too much. this hotel cannot have 4 stars, I would say that 3 stars are sufficient, considering that they do not offer breakfast, not even for a fee. but it is a good hotel, I slept very well

The hotel is really 4*, nice service: promptly dealt with, help with any queries. The pool is warm and clean. A big plus was the frozen ice in the fridge! Good value for money.

Of the minuses: poor water pressure in the bathroom, hot water flowed for the first couple of minutes, then it was cool. Every time after showering there was a wet puddle, somewhere the water leaked out of the tub.... was a bit of a strain. Poor noise insulation, you can hear the air conditioning outside the window and the lift in the corridor.

The room was nice, spacious and comfortable. I like the location as well, it is closed to Al Wahda Mall and some supermarkets. The pool at the rooftop was open til 12am and my son enjoyed the night swimming. The housekeeping was very nice to ask us if we need anything such as water etc on our 2nd day of stay.

I didn't like the staff in charge at the pool and at the gym. They were smoking cigarettes. At first, we didn't know that they were in charge at the swimming pool, as we are in need of towels. There was this man who were also swimming in the pool and we do not even know if he was the staff who can assist us or if he was also a guest. However, he was the one who told my husband where to get towels. At the end, we found out that he was in charge of the pool. They were smoking inside the gym and in the pool and it was really uncomfortable for the guest. Swimming instead of assisting the guest for the towels. That was very unprofessional. 😒

nice and cheap hotel. the staff was very friendly and very nice. we left the luggage at the reception for free for a few hours when on the checkout day. there are shops and restaurants around. the hotel can be reached by public transportation very easily.

first room they gave us smelled terrible like someone smoked there 3 packs of cigarettes with the door closed but no problem, they changed our room. there is some noise coming from the ventilation system which can be heard day and night. so if you are a light sleeper better search for another hotel. the location is not the great but hence the price, I guess.

Better than what looks on pictures. The Room size is amazing and also the bathroom is quite big. There was no bathtub, which was great! A huge shower instead.

There is no restaurant or room service. There are still a few dinner options nearby. Maybe a different solution for the shower is needed, rather than the shower curtain that doesn't cover the entire surface to the floor.

The staff were very helpful , polite and very professional, the hotel location was great as well. Rooms were clean always. Their customer service are quick as well. Thank you for everything.

I am so speechless to describe what I like but overall satisfied. Starting from reception, room cleanliness, toiletries, coffee and tea, television channels, bed and pillows, coffee shop available at the Lounge, location, parking availability and to emphasize staff politeness and attentiveness. Staffs will ensure you are assisted from check-in until check-out, plus their smiling face upfront on receiving.

bathrobe was missing but because of the warmness of the hotel, i forget that bathrobe importance. also, there was a door unlock connecting to the other room, I quiet felt uncomfortable but as soon as I reported they came to secure lock and felt safe! issue was sorted immediately.

Great location, clean rooms and pleasant hotel staff. Hotel is located next to the mosque which gives a special authenticity of Abu Dhabi culture when you hear prayers.

Poor sound insulation - you could hear everything what is happening outside. Strangest part was that our hotel room was divided with next room with locked doors and because of that, we could hear everything that our neighbors were doing.

We liked the colour of carpet, furniture and decoration in general. We liked the toilet and bath tub..

The only negative thing is that they are not serving the breakfast. Breakfast gives you the taste of the hotel.
