The facilities were good. The pool area is amazing. The guy at reception named Waqiel is an excellent dude!

The gym equipments were decent but could be better.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect—the rooms, the staff, and their willingness to help (especially Ifnaz, but others too). The welcoming Arabic kawa and fresh dates were very refreshing after over a 14-hour flight. The great breakfast buffet was just lovely and added to the exceptional experience. I arrived a good few hours before check-in, and there was a room available, so I could use it straight away. I also needed to store my luggage after checkout, and later in the evening, to kill a couple of hours before heading to the airport, the business center next to the lobby was just very convenient and comfortable to use to catch up with all the emails. My experience was so wonderful that I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

NOISE FROM BARS AND CLUB NOT AFFECTING RESIDENT AREA. NOT FAR FROM MAIN CENTRAL CITY AND COASTAL VISTING POINTS. OVERALL DECOR GOOD STANDARD .

felt bathroom ready for updating,Tiles updateing , vaity top large but takien up most of bathroom and no cupbords just space under neath. Tiles in living toom gives cold feeling but they are clean and nice. window into a inside small area so, no view.

All was perfect for me. The hotel + the facilities attached to it I.e. restaurant & hair salon are amazing places their laundry service is very good I stayed for 4 weeks I felt I was home and being served 5* services. This has been my 2nd time at Villagio will certainly be back again.

We've been here before and we kep on coming back! Reception staff members were warm and friendly. Check in process was straight forward. Security is also tight but it is for the good of all guests. The bedroom was well sized for the price that we paid. Haider, the bellboy who helped us was also polite and alert to assist. I can;t remember the staff member who first assisted us in the chieck in but Waque on our second day was accommodating and the filipina staff member during our check out was also nice and cheerful. Overall stay was great! the swimming pool was temperature controlled which is really useful at this winter weather.

There was some noise outside our room. I think some renovation is going on.

Aside from the air-conditioning, everything was wonderful. The receptionists are so welcoming and makes you feel comfortable, the room is huge and clean especially the bathroom which is really lovely. The best part is the privacy 👌 😌 of the room. It was a nice place to stay.

The aircondition in my room was not as cooling as I want it. 😅😶 I did not call the reception because I thought it will be okay but unfortunately not. But still, it served it's purpose, was able to sleep well.

As being leaving in UAE for last 10 years, That’s was amazing stay and experience on this hotel! Quick and professional check in, helpful information was provided, all details are given about wi-fi, taxi and etc. amazing location as it’s close to all major sightseeing places if you are tourist. For business - great breakfast, easy access for taxi and good wi fi for working outside of your room.
