Room was big enough and the location was also awesome but some of the things need to be corrected like: Give 2 door card so that while leaving room, 1 we can use it to supply power to refrigerator coz as you plugged out the card after minute all of the power will shortdown and second if you have free wifi in room than explai to the visitors coz whole night I was trying with Trianon wifi coz on the door card there were a user name and password for it and it didn't work but at morning When I was doing Pushup I saw the router with the name D-link and it was free and working well. 3. If it possible provide 2 towel when there are two guest. And rest everything was Good. Thankyou next time also I will try to book on your hotel and I believe It will be more wonderful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with everything you needed. Although we only stayed one night I would happily return and stay here in the future. Good location to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Would recommend.

Couple of things missing from the room, however a phonecall to reception and they were quickly bought to our room so not really too concerning.

the hotel was better then expected, after reading the comments from the reviews I was a bit afraid. But after arriving the hotel, it surprised me, the staff was really friendly, they also called me once I got in the room to certify everything was fine. the parking place is just beside the hotel and not managed by the hotel, you need to pay 2 AED per hour or 15AED for 24h, but you need to get a new ticket everytime you leave the parking place. its possible to pay with card or cash.

the bathroom needs some renovation, but it was clean.

Location was good for our purpose as we had to attend exhibition at ADNEC and other major offices of ADNOC are close by. Hence, was beneficial to us.

The hotel didnt give us the rooms and made us wait in the lobby for 4 hours from 12.45 am (midnight) till 4.40 am in the morning for reason that was not acceptable and despite holding rooms.

The t bathtub has a black spots and NO SWIMMING POOL WE CALLED FOR TOWEL AND DRNKING WATER THEY DID NOT GIVE. WE CALLED 2 TIMES IN TJE NIGHT WE.ARE WAITING , WE DID NOT TECEIVE. I CALL AGAIN IN HE MORNING TO FOLLOW UP. RECEPTION SAID HOW MANY TIMES YOU ASKES? RECEPTION IS NOT POLITE TO ANSWERED HE IS AN.INDIAN MAN. THANK YOU.

Its good Hotel and good for also save money and also i would like say many thanks to reception lady ANISHA who was make farewell us by smiling face . Its not about the luxurious hotel only can make happy to guest , happy smile staff can give good service to guest its all about goes to Anisha.

The room is big but furniture need to change atleast ( the wooden furniture look scary and antic😊)

There is no fridge at room 1401, bathtub no curtain which water goes all in the floor and slippery. the card key took time to open the door

The customer service staffs. More time waiting and they will choosing person for making procedures. And not activate the card I going to the lift I tap the card not working. Not working WiFi properly

Can't ask for a better deal . They have really great rooms for such affordable rates . I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip

There was no soap in the lavatory. Towels were bot clean. TV remote did not have battery (I guess). Room was on 13th floor. No complementary tea was served.
