Superb quality of the accommodation and of Housekeeping, excellent quality of the staff, wonderful quality of the food. It's a beautiful resort, a pleasure for the eye to arrive to, to be welcomed at. A joy to walk around. Very well maintained and looked after. The staff in general is marvelous: attentive, discreet. Front house and behind the scenes. The grilled fresh fish in Aquario was fantastic as were the hot a la carte breakfast dishes. Thank you Joanna for welcoming us so warmly. Thank you Valentina at the breakfast restaurant: together with your team you did a marvellous job.

It's not "a really quiet resort": there is some construction going on e.g. and there's a (high up) flightpath of approaching planes. It didn't disturb us, it's light, in the background. Did not like the service of one waiter in the Aquario: he seemed upset with us after a previous visit and was abrupt and not accurate with his service. That was the only "downpoint". I suggest collecting the cushions of the sunloungers on the beach at the end of the day and storing them somewhere inside to protect them from bird left-overs.

I loved my stay at this beautiful resort. The rooms are reasonably priced, offering great value for money. While the food is on the expensive side, it is absolutely delicious and worth the cost. Overall, the stunning surroundings and high-quality dining experience made for a memorable visit.

Until the last second, I thought this section would amount to nothing. However, they followed me to the car just because we used some nuts from the room. While it wasn't a major issue, I didn't appreciate their approach. Despite this, the resort is amazing, and I definitely plan to return.

Our stay was amazing as always, and the Oberoi staff went above and beyond to make my daughter feel special on her birthday. This is why we have returned to Oberoi every year for the past four years. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons, a personalized birthday card, and complimentary treats to celebrate her day. The attention to detail at the Oberoi is consistently flawless, and the food is exceptional. We can't wait to come back again!

Some of the staff by the pool, appear somewhat distracted or perhaps overwhelmed. Normally, they are very attentive and quick to respond to all requests. However, this time, several requests had to be made more than once before being fulfilled.

Great amenities, marvelous landscaping and extraordinary gardening like in heaven along with friendly staff makes our stay unforgettable.

1. A la cart breakfast menu makes breakfast too slow, lots of waiting time to make order and then get food, coffe, etc on the table. 2. there are many stones and shells mixed with sand of the beach makes painful entry to water. Beach could be better maintained. 3. overused / old towels and bathrobes in the bathroom gives impression that towels on beach and pool area much better quality than in the bathroom. 4. There is no direct access from hotel to car parking. It is no pavement for pedestrians towards car parking, only road.

Oberoi Al Zorah was an absolute dream! It's a hidden gem amidst the hustle and bustle of city life. A great escape and only 1HR away from Dubai. We booked a Premium One Bedroom Beachfront Villa with Private pool. It was sea facing and felt like we were in Langkawi or Mauritius without having to take a flight out of the country. You wake up in the bliss of chirping birds, you can walk the beach at sun rise, take a swim in your private pool and enjoy breakfast at the main resort restaurant. There are plenty of options and great food quality. My husband particularly LOVED his birthday steak dinner and termed it as the best steak he has ever had in life! There were also complimentary Yoga & Meditation Sessions at the resort which we loved and thoroughly enjoyed. The villa itself is quite spacious, secluded and comfortable. Can't wait to visit again!

I wish more than 2 person(s) can stay at the 1 Bedroom Villa so can bring our whole family one day :)

I really enjoyed my stay in the resort it was beyond the expectation. I stayed in a villa with private pool. Cant describe how amazing was that.. Special thanks to all the staff in the reception. I really dont remember their names but only i think his name is sajal.. He was very helpful. The restaurant was good and the lady called yadna very sweet and nice with the people.. Thanks to all the staff hope to see you again ❤️

I actually didn't expect this hotel to be like this. Spacious area, a lot of people, but there is no crowd and no one bothers anyone. Quiet, beautiful place with beautiful building architecture. You live like in the Garden of Eden. The pool is large and clean. Sufficient number of sun loungers. Friendly and helpful staff. The menu is varied and no one will definitely go hungry. I want to come back here and come back.

Hard to say. Probably only a special menu for the New Year celebration, which was expensive and in small quantities. One joy is that we didn’t overeat.

Staff in general were very nice and very welcoming and friendly. Facilities are excellent. Dining in food were very very good each time I ordered the food was fresh, delicious and fast to serve. Food at the breakfast though was good but some dishes needed more work to be better. Parking is free and valet. Wifi good. Room spacious and clean . Room service comes twice which is excellent service. Staff at the beach were the best and nice and helpful.

I was not feeling well one day so I requested my usual breakfast in room but they refused and did not even try to provide options due to my condition. Another occasion, I requested someone to show me around especially that the resort was big and as first visit I couldn’t know where is the restaurant, so I called reception and requested someone to come and guide me he was so tough and said its near no need for someone to come and started to explain the directions! I believe the receptionists (some not all) need more training on how to handle such requests in more lenient way rather than to be a bit rude and bluntly refuse requests!
