We absolutely loved our stay at Ajman Saray. This was our first time and I’m so adding it to my list for our next staycay plans. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional hospitality that made us feel super special. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and beautifully landscaped grounds. Our room was spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities you could ask for. The attention to detail in both the design and comfort was outstanding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the serene atmosphere that allowed us to truly unwind. The food was great and maybe just maybe would have asked for a bit more variety but the fact that they provide you with customized omelets every morning simply makes up for it. The beach and the pool are simply outstanding! Overall, our stay at Ajman Saray was nothing short of magnificent. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and peaceful escape. We will certainly be returning in the future!

There’s an essential ‘chemical’ oil diffuser machine at the lobby, the smell was too strong, such a toxic thing to use, as it causes allergies and irritations. I hope hotel management considers the guests health more.

From the moment we arrived, the concierge team took care of our luggage even before we got out of the taxi. So prompt! We were escorted in, given warm towels and a refreshing drink while we waited for check in. You instantly feel more relaxed after a long trip. We were checked in by Taimoor who provided an exceptional service to us, helped us check in a lot earlier and was a real pleasure to deal with overall. We were so grateful to him for sorting us out so quickly. The hotel itself is stunning. The pool area, the private beach and the facilities are fantastic. The shielded Bay Area is perfect for swimming. The beach is so clean and there are no stones or shells which makes it great for swimming in the ocean. Comfortable lounges by the pool and the beach. The team working there are proactive with getting you a lounge, helping with towels and making sure you are well taken care of. The room is large, comfortable, new and beautifully appointed. We had the ocean view room and it is well worth it. The water, coffee and tea, milk, honey and other things provided in the room are great. Massive shower and a separate bath, great size balcony, all wonderful. We were so grateful for the housekeeping team. Especially Rukshan who looked after us did an outstanding job every day and we were so impressed, even making a towel elephant and towel swans for us. Even though we only stayed for 4 nights, the sheets were changed in our room midway through the stay. I also want to mention Imrana, the housekeeping manager who checked in with us to make sure we were happy and everything was done to our liking. I travel a lot and I have to say this hotel has the best housekeeping standards and the best team. They really went above and beyond. Buffet breakfast and dinner were great. Wide selection and the dishes varied day to day. We didn’t have an all inclusive options so don’t know what that’s like.

Breakfast quality was a bit disappointing. Some guests behaviour as well. Filling their bags with food from breakfast buffet, reserving sun beds with their towels from early morning onwards.

Very clean, well maintained and very courteous and skilled staff.

Management should consider and gear up for a full house especially arrival, rooms to be ready. Waiting at breakfast time is definitely not expected, should have opened an additional outlet to cope up with the numbers rather than making guests wait.

Woah! A lot of exciting memories to always reflect on my stay at ajman saray hotel, one not to forget in a jiffy! It was my birthday and they made it a memorable one, my experience exceeded my expectations. From the staff at the front desk (cecy) she was so freindly, welcoming and professional in checking me in, I won't forget how she suggested I switch to the sea view room to get a great experience on my special day. They made my birthday a memorable one. Got a surprise of cake, balloons and sand writing from the hotel which I never expected😘 The facility and it's environ was so perfect to reflect and meditate. I look forward to visit again.

Beautiful location with very clean beach. Rooms were spacious and comfortable but what really made out stay memorable was the team. Islam & Rafael in front desk were particularly helpful and went the extra mile to make this trip special for us. The breakfast had a great selection, and all staff were extremely friendly, Salman in particular took great care of us. The service on the beach was outstanding, especially considering the hot weather, Mahtebe & Hazem were extremely hard working & always available to assist us. Thankyou to the entire team! Looking forward to our next visit!

The food was totally amazing. Very fresh and a good variety at each meal. Presented beautifully. The pool area was amazing, loads of room, different pools, great for adults and small children. The room was spotless. The beach perfect for families. Staff very obliging and friendly, especially the lifeguards.

The one and only thing that I would complain about were the drink prices. If you don’t get the all inclusive package, be prepared for a hefty bill for alcohol, even just a couple of glasses of wine…….absolutely overpriced. We thought we had the all inclusive package, but turned out that we just had full board. Just the 3 meals and two soft drinks with each meal. We asked to upgrade the package, but apparently that wasn’t possible, when bar staff told us that it was.

My stay was great, thank you. The front desk lady, Sandy was very sweet, professional, kind and helpful. It as very tasty birthday cake at my room - treat from the hotel. Our suit was super nice. Big, clean, with beautiful view. I was so impressed with bathroom and huge shower room. And I love the products for the shower, shampoo and conditioner. Room service was fast and nice (even thou the hotel was fully booked) Actually all staff was very nice and kind. SPA also very clean and comfortable. There is ice in the SPA, so you can use it after sauna 👌.

As it’s too hot outside, we went to swim at 6.15 in the morning. But hotel staff didn’t allows us to swim as the beach is opening at 6.30. Actually on summer time open hours supposed to be earlier because of the hit.

-staff politeness. -room size and view are perfect. -life guards did an amazing job saving someone from sinking on 11th may. -fruits and desserts options in the buffet.

-buffet options are poor for a 5* hotel specially hot meal section only few options and hardly warm. -swimming on the beach was closed for 2 days after even tho the 2 hotels on both sides of ours their guests were swimming normally. -they charged for simple decoration for a birthday 100$ ( just towels shaped as heart and flower pedals but however did gave a small cake complimentary and balloons )still in any hotel in special occasions or even during checking-in I see this decorations automatically in most 5* stars hotels specially beach ones this stuff are just a complimentary thing that should be automatic for any check in .
