quiet and elegant hotel. spacious and gentle atmosphere

the bed. while comfortable at last. the mattress became very hot and sweaty while trying to sleep. obviously some sort of rubberised protection for the mattress. good idea. but needs some layers of breathable fibre between the mattress and the sheet. v unpleasant to sleep on

I really liked the amenities such as the swimming pool, sauna, great shower rooms and the steam room. The hotel room was also spacious and I love the way the bathroom was designed.

I would have really liked if the hot tub/jacuzzi was actually hot. The water was warm, but not in a way that would make it an enjoyable "hot" tub. I spoke to the staff at the spa that the water was not hot enough and she said the water temperature was good enough. It wasn't. There wasn't even steam coming out of it. I also noticed that the hot tub had some light brown stains on the inside of it. It needs to be cleaned and scrubbed more thoroughly with good cleaning products to melt off all the grease.

Hotel - Appeared simple from the outside, but its interior, from the lobby to the rooftop pool, is truly grand. Room - We liked the layout, interior, and size (spacious!) Breakfast - Simple, traditional, and filling breakfast proved that sometimes the secret to a hearty morning meal is to keep things simple. It also set the tone for a lovely stay. Dinner - With so many delicious options, the dinner buffet was a gourmet haven. Location - Handy, a short stroll from Al Ain Mall and nearby small shops. With ample parking in the vicinity, it proves to be convenient for both visitors and meet-ups. Staff - They showed initiative and were incredibly helpful and proactive. Their service reflected their sincere concern for the guests' well-being (particularly the valet attendants).

The only drawback was when we asked a server about a beverage during breakfast, and he seemed unaware of the restaurant's offerings, unable to provide the information we needed.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. It felt like coming home each day. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and we were thankful for the great job the staff who cleaned our room did. Loved the room and the hotel has a really nice atmosphere. 10/10 from me. I will be visiting Al Ain numerous times in the future and loo forward to staying with you again! Thankyou.

Couldn't fault it. It seemed perfect to me.

This is a classy hotel and I enjoyed all aspects of my stay: comfort, spacious rooms kept spotless all the time, attentive staff, friendly, human contact with employees at all levels. Wifi strong and stable, sufficiently fast, the desk in the rooms large enough for your laptop and all papers or documents you may carry. I appreciated that breakfast was served until 10:30 a.m. - although found it slightly overpriced. -- The situation of the hotel within the town: the "Al Ain Oasis" is within walking distance from the hotel (maybe just at the limit of what you usually want to walk), but the large shopping center (Al Ain Mall) across the street from the hotel is an effective "new center" of modern Al Ain: animated until late in the night, with a line-up of taxis all day, it also offers the opportunity to taste all Mid-Eastern cuisines in its "Food Court" - not even speaking about the opportunity to enjoy ice skating! - The latter pleasure was rather theoretical for me, but I enjoyed, every day, swimming in the hotel's large pool on the roof, heated to 32 C, as well as soaking in hotel's jacuzzi ; sauna was available as well. -- I certainly will stay here when I come to Al Ain again.

Besides my remark above concerning breakfast I do not find anything which could still be improved.

We have been coming for years to Al Ain and stayed at another hotel which has been booked out for this weekend. This hotel is a great discovery not far from Al Ain Adventures or the Al Ain zoo. Easy of the check-in, friendliness of the staff at the reception desk who were very accommodating with our late check out request. Nice restaurant on the premises, swimming pool with sweeping views over Al Ain, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, a spa.

room was great. We had a big bed, very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom was also huge. The hotel is situated across a major shopping center or mall and that is a huge advantage. We paid for the hotel's buffet breakfast. It was an "ok" breakfast deal.

buffet breakfast was not part of the room, so we have to pay that separately. and the buffet breakfast was a big pricey.

A very nice, well-kept and clean hotel. The staff above average helpful and friendly. thank you very much for everything. my husband and I felt very comfortable. the rooftop swimming pool is an added highlight during our stay with the ever smiling lifeguard Derrek. The breakfast is wonderfully varied, our room had a fantastic view and all the important sights are very easy to reach. Certainly the best hotel for your visit to Al Ain.

There was nothing we didn‘t like

Well located for Al Ain Mall which is literally 50m across the road. Breakfast buffet very good with a wide variety of cuisines. Plenty of underground parking spaces even for larger SUV's.

Furniture looking a bit old now. Couldn't connect my mobile phone apps. to the TV (as not smart TV). Junior suite offers 1 bathroom to be shared by 2 bedrooms.

Lovely small hotel in Al Ain I was pleased with the fact that the receptionist spoke my language, it's awesome as they have staff from several countries. Nice little touch. The room was quite big and had a good quality TV as well as space to work and study It's a 5 minutes walk from bus stops to city center and elsewhere, as well as the Al Ain shopping mall
