The challet is quite spacious, its more than enough to cater for a family day out. There's a barbecue area as well as a space to park your car. A majlis and a bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Overall it's like vacationing to a home

They knew we were 3 people checking in but I had to request for extra towels, blankets and necessity for the 3rd person which is just not good service. Internet needs to charges separately as well.

The location is great, close to jebel hafeet, hot springs and Al Ain zoo. The rooms are very spacious and were clean

Asking for additional payments for wifi and extra beds, was a spoil sport. After paying for the rooms, the charges for wifi, extra bed are not huge. But then it gives a very budget airline type of feel. Its unfortunate

The reception was very friendly and welcoming, she gave us all the information and things we need. The staff are so prompt with all our request. Salute for having the best service!

I hope they can add a chair or lounge near the bbq pit for families to chill and eat outdoor. The hot spring was not open in some areas. Kitchen utensils should be provided. I suggest the management can improve in the future by connecting a hot spring pipe in each of the chalet and build a sauna or small pool in the private backyard.

The Villa was pretty big. We booked 1 bedroom villa and it Had enough space for 4 ppls. The villa was equipped with all facitlies. It has electric stove for cooking, filter for drinking water, seperate Baq Bq grill with light. The gill was very clean, seprate parking. The location is quite and good place to hangout and bar bq with friend and family. The place is 20 mints to Top of Jebel Hafeet.

There is nothing bad about place, location..everything was pretty good however hot spring is bit far, you have to drive there and unfortunately the water flow was so low that i can even dip my feet in there.

Peaceful and relaxing place. The compound which we stayed at (D) was for families, properly set up with a lot of landscapes for football and play areas. We explored the place that had a nice lake at a different location, and the mountain view was nice. They also have hot springs and swimming pools for both genders. Overall, it was a nice place to spend the weekend at.

Quiet place, exactly what we asking for.

AC odor was not good, at some points wasn’t clean, like top of the door was with spider web, some cocruches was found at the kitchen. Al and all experience was good, very and very private place with own parking space.

Loved the rooms. They are huge and have everything u need. Privacy was amazing.

I feel they should make a pool, some play area and some other entertainment facility inside the resort premised.

Everything was perfect except charging extra for the wifi.

The hotel is charging AED 50/ day for the wifi which was very shocking to me. Have been visiting them since long time but this was the first time they said they are charging for the wifi.

Individual closed chalets with complete privacy. Relaxing & peaceful. The barbeque is an added advantage.

The walls surrounding the chalets are very tall & block the entire view from the chalets - if they were shorter the views could be enjoyed sitting in the chalets Or maybe the walls be replaced by grills to get uninterrupted views. As the views outside is just amazing.
