Although the family was a bit worried at the beginning, given that it was the first booking experience in a four-star resort, but this concern vanished during the check-in experience as a result of the kind treatment received from the reception staff, despite the large number of guests at that time due to Eid Al-Fitr holiday. The suite was very spacious and well divided into two connected rooms fully furnished, has two bathrooms and extra-large double bed in each room, with Jebel Hafeet view in the distance. The timing, variety and quality of food, whether for the breakfast or dinner, was very appropriate. The quality of service and swift friendly response from the staff especially in Front desk office, Flavours Restaurant & Housekeeping was the most important characteristic of the experience. Special thanks to M. Khedr (Front Office Manager) for helping us to book the fabulous suite, to Yasir & Ramesh (Flavours Restaurant) to support nice simple celebration of my daughter birthday in the restaurant and to chef M. Moussa for his kind response to cook quickly a special dish which was off the buffet menu for my little daughter. Actually, big thanks to all staff who handling our inquiries during the enjoyable stay experience, which really was very good value for money.

No live entertainment / Animation or activities especially it was Eid holiday time. It was the first time I've been asked to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of pool towels!! Usually, only the room number is required to get the towels.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel and Resort in Al Ain.  The facilities, staff and food at the hotel was excellent.  From the start of my booking, I coordinated with Ms. Hsu Pyae from the front desk over the phone and she was very knowledgeable and friendly.  She assisted me with securing the right rooms that fit the needs of my family for our 2 night stay there.  She got us set up in their beautiful chalets and ensured everything was set up for us and ready for our arrival providing a smooth check in.  The assistant chief concierge, Mr. Harsha Shetty was very helpful in assisting us upon arrival and checkout.  He provided top notch guidance on navigating the hotel and facilities and was available and answered all of our questions in a professional and friendly manner.  I am extremely grateful to Mr. Kalesh from housekeeping who from the start of our stay till our departure was always willingly available to assist us with all of our needs during our entire stay.  Mr. Kalesh regularly checked in with us to see if we needed anything and immediately supported us with our requests.  His team member Mr. Mohamed, was so friendly as well and very professional when cleaning our rooms as well as making sure we had everything we need. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the scrumptious breakfast buffet at Flavors restaurant at the hotel.  All of the staff there, Jasurbek, Ritu, Sheila, Aji, Methushi, Chef Naved, Arnad, Bhadari, Jacob, Dipek and Tamil were also so friendly and provided excellent service. Every item that was available at the buffet was absolutely delicious.  There was not a single item provided that was not good.  Every item of food and drink was absolutely exceptional.  So much so that we left there satisfactorily stuffed beyond what we expected.  The staff there also made to order the food the way we like it, happily taking in our requests.

What's not to like? Everything was perfect!

The following thing I appreciated 1) Quick service from housekeeping staff and always friendly on receiving the call. 2) Reception staff was supportive and friendly. 3) Swimming pool and family pool the water was temperature controlled which was helpful especially in winter. 4) The kid looks forward to the new water ride been constructed on the property. 5) Room was cozy with a mini kitchen available.

1) No proper place for playing badminton as the lawn had sloped. 2) Carrom was not available 3) Kitchen windows were not cleaned. 4) No mention of shoes to be worn for the long tennis area.

Friendly reception by Mr. Romany who greeted us even in German! He was extremly helpful to us as the first villa we were in, didn't reach our expectations. Thank you once again, Mr. Romany! The lobby is empressive and the location of the hotel is near to the oasis and other places around town, car is recommended though. Two large pools, liked the lap pool for a swim. Villa was equipped with everything we needed, large fridge and washing machine were great. Comfy bed and nice outdoor spaces.

There is a little lack of maintenance, the team should have a special look at bathroom equipment. Big construction site on the premise with ugly fence around it.

Pleasant old world charm at this hotel, well connected to the city and yet at a quiet distance away. Check in was a breeze and really fast. The receptionist Hsu was jovial, warm and really helpful in getting us restaurant discounts and we eventually had all our meals at the hotel itself. She was also glad to offer us a higher floor room. Lastly we also got a nice extended check out for 2 hrs which meant we could spend some more quality time at the pool. Rooms are moderately spacious and well equipped. Loved the fact that they had a dedicated sofa which doubled up as a comfortable exclusive bed for my child. They have a nice pool area with slides, which is good for families as well as some play areas nearby. The Makani cafe has a huge match screening which was enjoyable as well. The flavours restaurant was well stocked with good variety of options and fairly tasty too. Muskan, Kaung and Dhanu were courteous and polite in their interactions with us as were Shanel, Aji and Aiam on the following day. Whenever here, don't forget to say hello to the cheerful receptionists Hsu and Prekshya.

The staff. They care and try to provide the best service possible. The mix of classic and new. There is an effort for renewal of facilities.

Some renewal works could be done inside the rooms, like in the power sockets, audio / video connections to the TV. Still bathtub usage when walk-in showers are the trend of modern lifestyle. There is someone there from the staff - not reception - that is extra attentive, to the point that gets so close to you and makes pressure for getting reviews done just right there, on your phone. People just don't like to have to deal with some guy "on you" like that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful resort with family and wanted to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, the reception desk staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly service. They were efficient, informative, and truly set the tone for a relaxing stay and even gave us a room upgrade and a bonus late check out, which was really great. Housekeeping was impeccable, maintaining an exceptionally clean room throughout my visit. I was consistently impressed by the attention to detail and the overall tidiness of the resort. One of the standout features of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The staff supervisor went above and beyond to ensure guests were well taken care of, and the variety and quality of the food was excellent. It was clear that the team, including Mr.Alam, Ms.Ritu and Muskin takes great pride in providing a memorable dining experience. The resort also boasts modern, top-of-the-line gym equipment, which I appreciated during my morning workouts. The gym itself was pristine, and the changing rooms, along with the pool area, were in excellent condition—everything was well-maintained.The gym receptionist was also helpful and always with a smile. For families, the two wonderful pools (including a baby pool) offer great options for relaxation or fun. I was also excited to find that even more outdoor activities are to be introduced soon, which will be fantastic for those looking for adventure. That being said, one area of improvement would be the quality of the pool towels. The ones we received from the gym desk were unfortunately a bit smelly, and while this is a common issue I've encountered at other resorts, too, it’s something worth addressing. Overall, this resort offered an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for top-notch service, facilities, and hospitality.

The only minor issue was with the pool/gym towels, but it’s not a major concern. If improved, it would be a nice touch.

It was an exhausting last day in 2024, when I barely arrived at the time of Check-in at the Radissonblue Al Ain , in fact, the reception staff was super helpful in finishing the checking in paperwork in NO time. I must thank Mr Mostafa Khedr and Mr Romany who was of real help when we asked for a late check out after a long fantastic night. Inside the restaurant at New Year's Eve party, the restaurant manager was awesome in communication and arranging a big table for us. I must thank everyone in this hotel who has made the best effort to provide an exquisite holiday for their guests, from reception staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping fast responsetime, and the chief concierge Mr H Shetty, getting your car in NO time. Your efforts are much appreciated , and it was really such a relaxing holiday. Way to go guys, please keep it up.

Stayed at the Radisson for 5 days/4 nights. We stayed in a superior room with a pool view on the 3rd floor. The room was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff were excellent (especially Bibesh, who cleaned it every day to an emacculate standard). The Flavours restaurant at the hotel had excellent and friendly staff who were always happy to serve you food at your table and frequently asked if they could do anything else for us. A special mention to Alam, Rabie, Ajith, Jasurbek, and Ravin. Alam was very attentive, and Jasurbek took the time to make conversation and make us feel welcome. The restaurant had a variety of food for breakfast, and the a-la-carte menu was to a high standard. The concierge staff (especially Harsha and Sayeed) were always on hand to assist us with bags/taxis etc. The lap pool and family pool were extremely clean and well maintained. The lobby was a very comfortable place to enjoy a beverage, and it had plenty of high-quality chairs and sofas to relax on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back :)

The meal was sumptuous. Love their seafood night with accommodating staff Ahlam in the buffet area, even their breakfast was great. There were different variety of food to choose from. The pool area was also amazing because of their slide, we enjoyed swimming with the kids. We also went to the bar. Filipino band with their exceptional performance. We really had a great time staying in Radisson. Really recommended to family and friends like us, we got 4 studio rooms in total. 😊👍

The reception forget to give us towel cards upon check in, when we came for a swim we still need to go back to reception to get them. The house keepers Rajesh, Kalesh and Jamal we're polite to ask for help before we leave but not enough toiletries for the 3 of us in the room. They just came when it's check out time.
