Although the family was a bit worried at the beginning, given that it was the first booking experience in a four-star resort, but this concern vanished during the check-in experience as a result of the kind treatment received from the reception staff, despite the large number of guests at that time due to Eid Al-Fitr holiday. The suite was very spacious and well divided into two connected rooms fully furnished, has two bathrooms and extra-large double bed in each room, with Jebel Hafeet view in the distance. The timing, variety and quality of food, whether for the breakfast or dinner, was very appropriate. The quality of service and swift friendly response from the staff especially in Front desk office, Flavours Restaurant & Housekeeping was the most important characteristic of the experience. Special thanks to M. Khedr (Front Office Manager) for helping us to book the fabulous suite, to Yasir & Ramesh (Flavours Restaurant) to support nice simple celebration of my daughter birthday in the restaurant and to chef M. Moussa for his kind response to cook quickly a special dish which was off the buffet menu for my little daughter. Actually, big thanks to all staff who handling our inquiries during the enjoyable stay experience, which really was very good value for money.

No live entertainment / Animation or activities especially it was Eid holiday time. It was the first time I've been asked to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of pool towels!! Usually, only the room number is required to get the towels.

5 🌟 overall in Hospitality, Services provided, unlimited food & beverages options served at their buffet restaurant along with pleasing and hard working staff. Deepak from Housekeeping service was excellent. He made sure our room was clean and tidy, with proper stock of water bottles kept in the room and towels replaced every day.  From the buffet restaurant- Waiters Kaung, Shanel, Chavindu and Chef Isuri were extremely helpful and showed hospitality throughout the three days of our stay. The individual requests for food and beverages were accepted with a smile and service provided was excellent. Awesome family fun time spent at their swimming pool with slide and rain waterfall experience and also at the kids play area. There is one more swimming pool whch is approx. 25 mtrs in length for expert swimmers. This is the perfect getaway and leisure holiday for couples and family to relax and enjoy life to the fullest. Highly recommend to anyone interested to visit this hotel.

The main door and the outdoor furniture of the studio apartment that we stayed in, needs maintenance. Rest all was fine.

The stay was great as this property is almost in the centre location from all the major attractions in Al Ain. The Breakfast menu was nice. Mr. Alam was very humble, polite and kind. He was always there at our service to serve us juice, Tea, Hot Chocolate etc. My family was impressed with his behaviour. Miss Ritu was also helpful. The housekeeping team did a good job. Overall it was a good experience

We were not happy with the hospitality team. The receptionist Hsu helped with our check in process. Later she didn't ask any of her team members to guide us towards our room. We were new to the property and had booked for a Villa. For almost 10 minutes we kept searching for our rooms. It was actually frustrating. The first impression was bad 😞

The house keeping staff went above and beyond with their service. Any time we called, they arrived in less than 1 minute. Also guest services were very helpful with booking taxis. Lots of bottles of water and endless supply of very large towels were very much appreciated. We stayed in the premier room with the garden view. We never used the balcony. The lap pool was very clean, I just have a personal issue with the outside restaurant tables right on the pool edge so I feel a lot of people staring watching swimming. The other pool is more private in the garden. I loved the updated showers and changing rooms, so clean and spacious. very well done.

The room was ok but the bathroom was so small, it was like a box but very well stocked with toiletries. The balcony had a clothes dryer but the furniture wasn't cleaned before arrival and no decoration or plants etc. The balcony door in 814 was jammed all the time, was a battle to open.

huge room (second-floor bungalow, not main hotel) with kitchenette and washing machine overlooking green area; fabulous, enormous breakfast buffet with great variety; lovely, beautifully landscaped property; large heated lap pool; fluffy bathrobe provided; friendly and helpful staff (for ex. when we arrived I was bringing my suitcase up the stairs to our suite and one of the cleaning guys ran over, picked it up over his head, and carried it up the steps for me); nice to be able to open windows and let in fresh air on a cool winter evening

only had one bathrobe for two people; one evening the music in the lounge was loud enough for us to hear in our room with open window, but it ended by 10:00; no dish detergent is provided for washing dishes in the kitchen, nor is laundry detergent provided

Prevoiusly Hilton. Extremely comfortable bed, nice (superior) room. Nice entrance section. Very polite and fast overall service. I had also booked half board with the hotel's restaurant Flavours. Breakfast and dinner buffets are really incredible. Among the extremely friendly and always committed service staff at Flavours I would like to single out Jasurbek who was always only a blink away and fun to chat with. A special thank you also to Shanel and Yasir. All the best!

Huge complex. Needs refurbishing. A little worn out. Also, I had asked for a quiet room yet I got one where I could hear the noise from the main road (Highway). Walls are quiet thin. Windows apparently not soundproof.

At first when I entered the hotel, I didn’t like it. It gave me feeling of hostel. But then our rooms was studio with garden view. They sent us to chalets. It was beautiful amd peaceful. Well maintained. Well equipped studio with all the basic amenities like Washing machine, coffee machine. Refrigerator, microwave kettle and utensils. Oven hot plates and cooking pots. It’s very good for family stay for few days. For the breakfast they had variety , taste was good but could be improved. Server alam was very nice and helpful. He was a friendly guy. And yes most important thing housekeeping was so helpful and so quick. Other hotels normally take while to send house keeping staff if u need anything. But radison staff was so quick. They were just attending in few mins after your call.

Bath tub was very small. Washrooms could be improved.

The property has very good pools that can be enjoyed by the kids aswell as the adults. The staff was very welcoming especially sandhya from the breakfast counter was very hospitable and made sure we were served well. The breakfast was fantastic and had a-lot of options to choose from. the shisha cafe served us very good shisha to enjoy the winter evening and the prices were very affordable. Its an outdoor setting with very comfortable cabanas and a huge screen to watch football.

Only had one issue that it was not allowed to wear cotton material in the pool and was not allowed to enter the pool since i was wearing a cotton tshirt. If i was informed earlier or it was mentioned somewhere it would hVe been convenient. Saw many ppl not being allowed to enter the pool for the same reason. Maybe putting up a notice somewhere can help the guests to come prepared.

Room view at the pool side was good. The main pool was good after the renovation from last year, also the pool temperature was very adequate to the weather condition. Breakfast was very good with several varieties. Front office staff were polite and professional, specially Hossam.

Amount of complimentary water, tea & coffee was not enough. During night, the water heater was not on, so i had to use cold water at early morning around 3 am.

we like the facilities , room , bed and most specially the variety of foods and good taste , the breakfast is superb also the staff who assisted us in dinner and breakfast are great and respectful .

the check in , it took 25 mins standing there and waited for the reception to finalized our booking his name is Owase if im not mistaken. he was not able to update the system when we paid our dinner. when we went for dinner the staff argue thar we didnt book for dinner .. its a kind of embarrassing. But all in all we have a great experience , all of us (13 pax + 2 kids) enjoyed and we will be back soon .
