The apartment was a lot bigger than expected and amazing value for money after a more expensive, smaller place on the outskirts of Dubai.

The attached restaurant was very disappointing. Other than that it was impossible to fault

The comfort of the room and the TV were highlights of my stay, although a smart TV for YouTube access would have been a nice addition. The breakfast menu at the restaurant started off well, but the variety decreased daily. By the end of my stay, the options were limited, but still satisfactory.

The room lacked essential items such as soap, coffee, tea, sugar, and water. Despite my repeated requests, the cleaning staff failed to provide these items, especially water. I had to call multiple times for these items, and each time, something else was provided. Additionally, the cleaning staff would ring the bell at 10:00 PM for room service, which was highly inconvenient. This lack of attention to detail and poor timing greatly affected the quality of my stay.

it was very clean & spacious. it was equipped well with very modern technology. It was above my expectations! Honestly was the best hotel apartment I’ve ever tried so far! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

bathtub was used off and many traces of use was there, it looked dirty but cleaning staff couldn’t clean once been requested, so that was strange cause everything else in the whole apartment was new or renovated well to shine other than that bathtub 🤔I wish it will be soon replaced as it’s could be the only thing that would stop people from given it a 5 star!

I love how spacious the place, it's very convenient and closer to other tourist areas. Breakfast is OK for the price.

There were some kitchen items that were missing and were not replaced upon our check-in. Water bottles were so limited, and the next time we asked, the reception said that they would charge us AED 5 per small bottle. Sauna was under repair, so we were not able to enjoy it. Property does not have a pool, too. Reception was not clear about the extra bed charge. I called to confirm a night before we checked in and confirmed that the extra bed was AED 100 until we checked in. The lady at the reception confirmed the same amount. But when the bed was brought to our room, they then charged me AED 150.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the city centre, and everything I needed was within a 5-minute drive. The apartment and room were incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptional – friendly and always ready to assist. A special highlight was their thoughtfulness in gifting a plush toy to my baby daughter, which added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful and convenient stay!

Overall, my experience was positive, and I struggled to find any significant drawbacks. If I had to nitpick, the building seemed a bit old, but it's worth noting that all the rooms and facilities have been modernized and well maintained.

The staff is one of a kind. I'd like to especially thank Abdul Aziz, Jackson and Rachel for their extremely amazing customer service. Abdul went above and beyond to take care of us, provide all items we needed, did regular check ins. Thank you so much. The 3 of you deserve a raise. Service like this does not exist everyday! I also loved the size of the apartments, massive, real value for money, affordable, the location is central, 24/7 use of the facilities, room service for breakfast, this is by far the best hotel I've stayed in , in the UAE and I stay in a lot of hotels with my family on holiday. By far the best.

The kitchen drainage can use some cleaning as it tends to cause a smell in the apartment.

My family and I really enjoyed the massive living room space in the two bedroom apartment we rented over New Years. The unit has a very minimalistic design which we personally appreciated. It was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival with fresh linen and bath amenities provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with all white goods such as a washing machine and cutlery was also provided. Complimentary tea and water bottles were also offered in the kitchen which was great. The property is set in a prime location with Lulu, a walking distance away. There is ample parking around the property, including a private basement parking. However, based on previous reviews, we opted to park our car right in front of the property. This was completely safe to do and, best of all, free for all. The view of the Fujairah Grand Mosque from the living room and master bedroom was stunning, both during the daytime and in the evenings. The corniche was also only a 10mims drive away, including the relatively new Umbrella Beach. A special shout out to Ms Sadaf, at the reception desk. I had left my apple laptop charger at the property and had only realised it had gone missing a week after our check out. Mr Abdur Razaq and Ms Sadaf helped to keep my charger safely. The kettle was previously misused by an inconsiderate guest who stayed prior to us arriving. This is to no fault of the property, but damaged goods should be replaced immediately as this was one of the more basic kitchen amenities we would have liked to enjoy using. We appreciated one of the housekeeping staff was sent over to help remove the grimy stains left in the kettle, but readily, spare equipment should be stocked. The second bedroom was not stocked with hangers. This need was quickly met when we dialled housekeeping who had provided us with extra hangers. Apart from this, everything was perfect.
