The location first. The service and the room layout and amenities were amazing.

Nothing not to like. However, I booked through you and expected the discount I saw on my reservation. They charged me full rate. I suggest not to advertise a discount if there isn’t one. It seems booking in Dubai is not as good as elsewhere. It happened to me once before when I stayed at palm Five. They charged me in addition to what I paid on booking.com. They never acknowledge or refunded when I emailed them direct.

I didn’t like the cars lexuis car because they give us different price every one ,, please check with them and they have to put price list .

Everything was amazing The rooms were very generous sizes, the room cleaners did a fantastic job every time. The staff all around the hotel were kind and helpful. The pool had amazing views and the restaurants in the hotel are 10 out of 10. The small walk across the bridge to the Dubai mall was a major highlight. Ibrahim in the breakfast restaurant was lovely. My husband and I were treated so kindly by him, and felt that he went above and beyond to ensure everyone was well looked after at breakfast.

Best location if you want to go shopping>Connected to dubai mall with a pedestrian bridge and overlooks burj Khalifa and lake. I got a room with a balcony that overlooks the Burj but it was not private due to the curvature of the facade, it felt like I was looking into the adjacent rooms. Breakfast buffet wasn't big but it had everything.

There was an issue with the electricity when we first checked in but it was resolved promptly. The carpet in the room could use a good deep cleaning, or be replaced with a new one.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at address downtown. From the moment we stepped into the building to the moment we departed we were treated with the utmost respect and the staff truly made our stay feel luxurious and memorable. The location was perfect, only a 1 minute walk away from the mall. The facilitators were great, highlighting the beautiful pool, with incredible views of downtown Dubai. The rooms were very spacious, with clean and modern facilities and comfortable beds. We often visit Dubai on our way back to Australia from Europe and it is safe to say I will not be choosing any other hotel on my next trip!
