We had our honeymoon and we left a comment that it was our honeymoon but nobody answered or acknowledged. We have inquired to extend the stay by one night and the tariff that was given was triple the price we paid.

I liked the rooms. The layout is nice, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The spa was also very nice- I had a great massage there. The Staff is nice as well and very accommodating, gave us a late checkout very easily.

It felt like it was lacking. The Abu Dhabi Edition in comparison offers a lot more in terms of facility as well as offerings, e.g. breakfast here is limited and ends very early, AD Edition had organic juices, smoothies and a more wellness vibe. AD Edition also had a coffee bar. These are the touches that I expected and didn’t find in Dubai.

Thie hotel is in a great location, very convenient to get anywhere in Dubai. The interior of hotel is one of the most stylish in Dubai. Hotel rooms are a generous and comfortable size. I would definitely stay there again, but not for the same rate. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is trying to position themselves as a luxury hotel, but there are certain things that give it away that they’re not there yet. The cheapest Dilmah tea in the rooms, fake nespresso capsules, not even a little welcome drink...The food in The Duomo restaurant is only very average and it becomes overpriced for the quality, would not eat there again. Considering the hospitality standards in Dubai, they need to push harder on some basic things that could easily make the stay more pleasant.

room service was good one time and not so good the second time! there is only one restaurant in the entire hotel!

Duomo was great. Food with very good taste. We requested the Concierge (Elsayed Allam) services for a couple of times and the service was excellent and very profesional. We did not have the chance to thank him for his support because we left the hotel early in the morning, by the way he arranged for us the pick up with a local taxi and was perfect too. Thank you very much for all of your great service, this makes unic the Edition Hotel.

Being honest, I received more than what we piad for. Great service from everyone involved with us.

Breakfast was really dull. Though kind of the same menu as in NY, this one was really terrible. Dry as hell waffles, omelets really not well made. First ones came without extras. And then wrong extras. Coffees wrong each time. And furniture not cleaned from the people eating there before. Most importantly, the staff needs waaaayy more routine (the general manager aside). They are stressed and feel very close to on the edge of rude! There was not a single chat with the staff that felt pleasant and I needed to argue in each conversation.

We loved the decor and the location which was close to Dubai Mall , we can reach there walking. Yes some find the rooms a little bit small. But for us it was ok we were 4 in a room 2 adults and 2 kids, with 2 queen beds , so each adult slept with a kid in the bad

Our room was not clean , the floors needs to be wiped well , we found a cigarette filter under the chair , the side of the cabinet needs wiping as well, its the little things that you don’t expect to experience in a 5 star hotel Like the bottle of the lotion cream in the bathroom is not working, we informed them that we need the room to be deeply cleaned and they answered our request. Ohh the other thing that i didn’t like specially with kids that the bathroom is see through , and the curtains closing the bathroom window is outside , which the kids keeps playing around with them 🙈 they were 6 years and 8 years old
