I had the most wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay! The hotel's staff is truly outstanding, providing top-notch service that made me feel right at home. Not to mention, the hotel itself is a gem, offering a luxurious and comfortable experience. The location in BAY SQUARE is simply fantastic. With its charming array of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and more, everything I needed was right at my fingertips. This added so much convenience and charm to my stay. Thank you to the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Business Bay for a memorable experience. I can't wait to return!

You need to be vigilant as you approach the hotel's entrance along the service road, or you might overlook it.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. They were able to give us our room earlier than the normal 15:00 check-in. The hotel is not too far from the Dubai Mall, which meant we could simply take a walk to get there. Spending New Year's Eve at the hotel was the added bonus. We were able to capture the spectacular Burj Khalifa Fireworks celebration from the street, in this way we avoided the crowded areas around the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall area. The hotel also had a new years dinner party for the guest which made the evening extra special. The concierge at the front desk assisted us in getting taxis to destinations we were looking to visit which made travelling great. Breakfast and Dinner was always well catered for with a variety of spreads always being available.

Special thanks to the lady at the reception with warm cookies! The location is good, 15 minutes walk to Dubai mall and Burj if you are used to walking instead of traffic. There is also a great food store and a pharmacy right behind the hotel. The pool is small but still a nice place to relax when it is too hot to go anywhere. The continental breakfast was good with variety of choices. Our room wasn’t very big but with a big bed and a couch for the kids. We didn’t go to the beach as we stayed only for 3 nights for sightseeing, there is always a taxi out front and you can go anywhere.

The location was good. It was really good for families (we were 2 adults and 2 kids). The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. Surrounding shops at the back (no sight of construction work). Those cookies at reception were delicious! The hotel should be classed as a 5 star, not 4.

Unfortunately there is no shuttle service to any mall or attraction. Sometimes there are taxis waiting outside, if not then calling an Uber is best.

Communication with the reception team was effortless from booking to check - in/out. Room was clean & spacious. The team gave us a room with one of the best views of the Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was yummy and always offered a wide variety of dishes. Welcome cookies and water in the room ❤️ All staff were friendly and very welcoming throughout our stay. Location was superb! Easily walked to the Dubai Mall & Burj view at the top (entrance in Dubai Mall) 30mins or less. Will definitely return to this hotel when we decide to visit Dubai again. A big thank you for making our 1st stay in Dubai a memorable one!

Location is amazing in terms of proximity to dubai mall and business stores. The hotel is super clean, super family-friendly, breakfast is amazing. They have a shisha lounge where you can be with your kids by the pool, I think the only place in downtown dubai that allows that. Big Plus... and the cookie we received when checking-in, it was out of this world.

The traffic is terrible between 5 and 9 pm so avoid these times and you will be fine. The entry to the hotel is through a very specific lane and if you miss it, you have to circle the entire block again, and if you're stuck in traffic, it's another 20 min wasted. Avoid renting a car there. Or just avoid the traffic hours. The elevators have a nice plank that tells what floors have what facilities, but the writing has faded and you can't read half of it. They need to be replaced

Could not have asked for more caring staff, better service or a higher quality hotel. From the moment we walked in (7 hours early), the staff collected our bags, allowed us to shower,provided warm cookies, allowed us to eat, provided colouring and other small presents for my daughter. This was before we even checked in. Every single staff member treated us like royalty throughout our stay. The sauna, steam room, gym and pool were huge bonuses. The location about 12 mins walk from burj/mall. It was surrounded by food shops within 1 minute walk. The breakfast was beautiful, freshly cooked and a huge array of food available. The foyer was lovely, calm and had a Starbucks on site. The hotel was clean throughout and the staff did a brilliant job every day cleaning our room. The hotel in general was immaculate and the staff went above and beyond at all times. I could mention every single staff but want to give a huge thank you to Bilal, George and daisy I believe for all they did for us. If you are coming to Dubai, please believe you will not find a better hotel in terms of service, cleanliness, amenities and location with a very reasonable price.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Dubai Business Bay, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is impeccably maintained, with modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay truly memorable. I want to especially commend Taha, Naiem, and Novi, who went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanor added a personal touch to my stay. Whether it was assisting with requests, offering local insights, or simply ensuring I felt comfortable, their dedication stood out. The location of the hotel is ideal for both business and leisure travelers, offering easy access to key attractions while still providing a serene environment. The dining options were excellent, and the breakfast spread was diverse and satisfying. Overall, the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Business Bay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. Kudos to the team, especially Taha, Naiem, and Novi, for their outstanding hospitality!

The hotel is very fancy, the staff was super super nice... the location is just superb, the business bay square has many many shops and cafe so very easy to just take a stroll and eat and chill, Dubai mall is like hardly 1 KM away... the hotel itself is very luxurious and room was simply fantastic and very big, our kids had a great time... the view was very exciting too ... breakfast was superb and loved it every day, 5 nights at this place were like awesome!!!! Taxi or other services are just at doorstep! Highly recommended stay!

Everything was perfect, so nothing to dislike.

Neat and tidy hotel, modern & spotless rooms, nicely decorated, plenty of options at the b’fast buffet i.e Continental, Arabic, Indian dishes. 10-15 mins taxi ride to the Dubai mall/Burj Khalifa. other options for lunch/dinner next door at the Bay square. ATM & grocery store also there at the bay square. pool side relaxation, bar facilities available. the biggest plus is the hotel staff, very service oriented staff, would do their best to make your stay comfortable (with a smile on their face), they are very attentive to the guests requests.

Nothing Just one suggestion, perhaps an idea to put some children amusement things (legos, books, drawing books etc.) near the Tuk-tuk on the first floor, that will keep the little ones amused and some breather for the parents meanwhile :)
