our favourite option in Dubai when we travel with a big family. we rented apartment with 2 bedrooms, it was spacious, fully equipped. there is a lovely playground behind the building, nice supermarket in the building. cheap breakfast compared to other hotels in Dubai

it is preferable to have a car or use Uber if you rent in this location.

Location on booking showed beach&coast that's deceptive as it was not so. I actually wanted a waterfront accommodation haven spent some days at Aloft Almina only to find Hyatt just the next road in the same neighbourhood 🤣

Checkin process is horrible , No support from reception and person in charge to resolve the issue. Handling the Customer Issues is really poor and pathetic.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and has enough variety daily. There was free parking accessible from the lift at the apartments, which was very convenient. The staff were very polite and helpful.

It was a very good apartment. The only things I can mention will be that the mattress was too soft and not particularly good for the back. Also, the TV had only local channels. But the TVs are smart, so...

Spacious. Very nice finish . Easy to reach . Surrounded by nice services such as Cafe. Restaurants. Supermarket. Laundry.

Cleaning is ok but not enough . Moldy corners in the bathrooms . If this does not improve. This nice place can turn bad in a very short time The furniture is getting dirty . Keep up with cleaning and this place will always sparkle with demand

The location was superb. It was accessible to all the primary tourist spots with in 15 mins reach by taxi. We booked an apartment and it was quite comfortable for a family with 2 kids. Breakfast was adequate with decent cuisines. Staff were very helpful. Wifi was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at this place as it was more like a home.

The only minus point We saw was the room service. You ask for any amenity like water/tooth brush/towel/shower gel etc, it was delivered, but had to wait for at least 30 mins before it gets delivered from the time you call. I did not under stand why it took them so long. I raised this point to the front desk also, but no use. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about this place.

Breakfast was excellent.

Pool timings were very short. It should be opened little longer.

it was very clean and the apartment was spacious with an extra sofa bed which is comfortable.. the staff is super helpful and the service is fast. it is surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants and a laundry. it has a nice playground behind it.

the cooking utensils are little, and the toiletries are not good quality. the pillows were not comfortable. the baby crib is very small and not comfortable

location is a bit on the far side but not an issue

We booked an apartment for our family vacation The rooms were really neat and clean the apathy had all amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, etc. it made our stay with our infant very easy the staff was really well natured and made us feel at home thank you Hyatt Place for making our trip memorable
