Everything in terms of the facilities and food was top notch..!

Some of the staff need further training, a very bad incident happened in the elevator. My sister was dressed in her African attire and her being of an African race a lady staff was in doubt and asked if she was staying in the hotel.. She then had to present her the room key card. This was so bad and embarrassing for her because she was asked in-front of the other guests who were in the elevator! Keep in mind we had checked in the Duplex Aspen Ski Chalet Suite!!! We did get an apology and a basket of fruits but all in all it did leave stain in our hearts and our vacation.

Everything ok but with this price of the room i have seen much much better ..the price is definitely overated..as all of the dubai city..nothing to see except one mall...one time is enough..never again for sure..so much better places..

Stayed for 5 nights. Upgraded to Grand Deluxe Room - best decision, to make family stay more comfortable. Know Dubai very well , so chose this hotel for location, convenience and facilities, which were spot on. Bed was super comfortable (good quality). Staff are very attentive from the start till the very end. Staff are the highlight here : from reception , valet, limo driver, doorman, pool host to breakfast hostesses and housekeeping. Hospitality is top notch - we felt welcomed.

It’s not that we didn’t like it, but just some suggestions to improve things even further : 1. Ask your staff not to remind guests about leaving reviews on Tripadvisor - we were asked so many times. There’s no need , as service is really good and guests will provide good feedback anyway. 2. Breakfast - there’s a good choice for everyone. Would suggest a bit more variety each day - as during our 5 days it felt a bit ‘Groundhog Day’ with breakfast.

Fantastic room (suite), good service most of time, great options for restaurants and lovely pool. Breakfast fantastic.

Service not quite up to 5 stars: - reception phoned our room at 8:30pm on first night to check how our stay was. As we were travelling with baby who was asleep by this point, it was frustrating as it woke baby - the night before our departure we asked for someone to collect our luggage 5 mins before our taxi arrived the following morning (all booked through concierge). No one showed up so we had to phone down and the receptionist said they didn’t know about it. That was a bit stressful and we ended up leaving hotel 10 mins late - great location in mall but public transport in Dubai is slow so took quite a while to get to Downtown and the Palm

We had a wonderful stay at The Kempinski. The staff were all very attentive and were brilliant with my children too. I loved the peacefulness of the pool, it was shaded in many parts too so the children were comfortable throughout. The decor and cleanliness was of the high standard you would expect of The Kempinski brand. We had dinner in 2 of the restaurants the food was really good. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. The beds were really comfortable too and we were provided with all extras we asked for from firm pillow to an extra pair of slippers. I wanted to also say a big thank you for the beautiful surprises left in our room when we arrived, a cake, a Happy Anniversary note and the bathroom was laden with fresh rose petals they smelled divine! Thank you Kempinski, we will be back!

Last weekend, we had the pleasure of staying at the Kempinski Hotel, Mall of the Emirates, for a staycation to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is connected to the Mall of the Emirates and conveniently located next to Ski Dubai, where we spent an entire day having fun. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. At check-in, I mentioned we were there to celebrate my son's birthday. Fatima, the reception ambassador, went above and beyond by arranging a delightful surprise with cakes and balloons in our room. When we returned from Ski Dubai, my son was overjoyed to see the surprise, which made the day even more memorable. The room was thoughtfully designed with guests' comfort in mind, which added a special touch to our stay. This was our first time at the Kempinski, Mall of the Emirates, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment, creating unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this hotel and we can’t wait to return for another stay.

The family room was luxuriously furnished and felt like a nice home away from home. As we opened each door, the waow effect kept overwhelming us as a family of 5 people. Views of the Burj Al Arab was spectacular, the dinning room made us feel even more exhilarated. Although, we arrived too early for our check in, we were allowed to drop off our bags and explore the Emirates shopping mall. Upon check out, got whisked away from the hotel in style in a luxurious Lincoln Navigator. Who needs the distant 7 star hotel in the palms when the excellent location of Kempinski beckons? We covered 90% of all the major tourist attractions from the Kempinski within 24 hours!

The executive lounge had cleared up by the time we arrived and could only offer us drinks but what we really needed was warm food. Having lodged two decades ago in Kempinski, I was shocked to discover that the tennis courts no longer existed. I really did not expect the bar charges for little nibbles in the fridge for such an expensive room.

Excellent stay at our Aspen pool chalet. Came for a 2 night staycation with my wife to celebrate our anniversary, and could't have been happier - all staff is extremely friendly and helpful - the pool chalet came with executive lounge acces which served delicious breakfast and also offered us private check in and check out - the room was fully decorated with beautiful roses and complimentary chocolates for our anniversary, without asking! - room service for lunch was quick and excellent - very nice offering of restaurants. We visited Eugene Eugene for aperatifs and XU for our anniversary dinner and both were amazing

- valet parking is a little busy and slow, (could use some more staff) but doesn't spoil any of the positives. - mini bar prices are fairly insane but hey it's the Kempinski so as you would expect

The staff are amazing extremly polite, friendly always with a big smile willing and ready to help, starting from the door man to the front desk to the management , room size was perfect with amazing facilities , breakfast is very good well actually way above good , the staff and the manager are exceptional , they just want to you to relax and enjoy and they will do anything they can to make you happy, food quality and variety is excellent.Front office greets you every day by name again with a genuine big smile asking if they can help with anything. One day we received a call from a UAE number to find out it is the hotel , they were making sure we are good enjoying Dubai and wondering if they can do anything for us to make our trip memorable thanks Mr Gad from the front desk Breakfast restaurant manager passes by the table every visit minimum 3 times to check if we need anything and if the food and the selection is up to our expectations , before you coffee is about to get done and have the last sip he will get you another one and so on . if you want anything which was not on display he will go out of his way and do anything to make you happy and satisfied. can't wait to be back, we thought next time we are in Dubai we will go to a different hotel , but after our last experience no way we all agreed to come back to the same hotel. We forgot quite an expensive ring in the safe box , we called from the airport like a few hours after checking out , 30 mins latter the hotel called back to inform that they found the ring , thank you A very special thanks to an amazing Mr Gad front office. Exceptional location. Great access to Mall of Emirates and activities for the whole family. The attached mall offers incredible eating and entertainment options. The food at the hotel itself is fabulous. The breakfast buffet a huge highlight. Nothing was a problem for the team at the hotel. Concierge assisted with amusement park bookings and onward flights. Moses in food and beverage was a delight, highly professional and made us feel like we were celebrities! Cannot recommend highly enough for families or even solo travellers

I wish the pool was open a little later at night. Due to the day time heat we were not able to swim as much as we would have liked.
