What we like the most is the location, the hotel place is accessible to everything like the mall, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, etc....We also how the staff approach us during check-in, specially Ms. Lucy. She is very friendly and enthusiastic. We have a comfortable stay. Its worth in terms of the value.

There is one staff in the pool area, i was not able to get his name. He is not rude, he is also friendly but what we didn't like is giving instructions to us. We cannot just move to one place to other area of the pool because he doesn't want the floor to be wet, he will wipe it right away. Even how to use the towel, he will give a comment.

Lady at checkout went out of the way to accommodate us to a bigger room. The room was exceptionally big, clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Hotel is located conveniently close to MOE and metro. Free parking is available. The hotel despite being an older building is very well kept and clean. Nice pool on the rooftop with city views.

Gym was abysmal with old machines, some of which were not working. Pool water was not warm. There is no business center to be used by the guests. I had a couple of online meetings that I had to take from my room.

Everything was superb,,very friendly reception staff ♥️,from check in till check out time everything was smooth . Daily Housekeeping with proper cleaning , facilities and the location are the best , 5-7 min to metro,7 min to mall and many groceries and cafeterias around with affordable prices .Very Spacious room, Highly recommended for family with kids too.There are few bars in GF but there is no noise and it didn't bothered us .Tried 3 of them and I would say that Monkey bar was having the best cocktails, music and food too.Nice Shisha on the roof top, I recommend during sunrise or late evening in order to see the beautiful view of Burj Al Arab .The swimming pool area was very clean and very well maintained ,kids enjoyed . Will stay again. Thank you 💕

The only thing which I didn't like the we the wifi.Needs improvement,it's slow and sometimes the connection it's not coming in some areas of the room ,need to move and to search for the signal again and again.

I likeed the location most of all. Very close to he metro and has all supermarkets are close by

I didn't like the deposit and secondly that the hotel tried by all means to keep the deposit. It was very unprofessional and put me off coming back

Room aircon wasn't working properly Rooms just need a slight revamp / renovation as it is abit old fashion The Bar / Pub downstairs , very noisy - we stayed on the first floor hence had trouble sleeping as the music was too loud

the furnitures and especially the sofas are very old they should be fixed . also the pool swimming time should be until 10pm .

Hotel is so clean, rooms extremely spacious, room service are very good, location is the best 24hrs pharmacy and super markets, 5 mins away walking from mall of emirates, front desk are very polite and professional. Mr Ali the front desk manager and his team are extremely helpful and nice and everything we needed was ready and sorted 10/10. You get more than what you pay in this hotel. Also zabeeh in the lobby always helping us whenever we arrive and leaving hotel he is very helpful. Also breakfast is nice.

Despite they had told me how much I had to pay for the early check in when I arrived I had to pay more than what they had told me

It was our third time booking the hotel in the past few years, and the stay was very good as always. We were upgraded to the junior suite. The pool is now temperature controlled, which was a big plus for the kids. They changed breakfast variety every day, and the staff was kind enough to accommodate my request for late breakfast one day. Donatello's location is really convenient, and they have free underground parking.

I hope they upgrade their gym. It has been deteriorating over the years.

I had booked this hotel for about 11 nights. Honestly the service team will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. They have 4 pubs right in the same building as well.

While the property is well maintained. I think its time to upgrade the interiors and furniture. The carpets in the hallways and the furniture in the room remind me of something I would find in the 90s. It really did not affect my stay or so.
