The staff is fantastic. Especially Midlaj gave us great help. The location is also good, and we don't need to worry about transportation fees. :) Also, the small malls are located just across the road.

The hotel is kind of old. You can use hot water only gor 30 minutes. You have to wait for about another 30 minutes until the hot water tank is filled.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The address is 155 Salah al din st, Dubai Deira. This is not properly stated in booking.com page. We had quite a challenge finding it on google maps. As to accessing the metro, it was fantastic. It was pretty close to the 'Salah al din' metro. The stay was awesome. The staff provided things like extra towels, water bottle, pillows right after we asked for it. The food at in-house restaurant (Tej) was outstanding. Salad bar, parfaits, continental (bread rolls, croissants, butter, jam, sliced bread, juices, coffee, sliced bread, cereal etc) were good. They were not made fresh daily, but still good. Same with Pancake, waffles. They also had veg noodles, porridge, indian dishes (Dosa, Poha, Paratha, veg curry, potato curry) on different days to keep it fresh. The 'Superior King room' was plenty enough for us to move around without stubbing our toe as we had 6 check-in, 3 carry-on luggage. No, we don't travel light. Bellhop service moved our luggage in/out smoothly. The in-house gym was undergoing maintenance work so I ended up using gym at their sister property nearby. It was well equipped. This maintenance work during the day caused noise from up above but we never stayed in during the day anyway. We were on the sixth floor. During night, it was pretty quiet and we had restful sleep. There are plenty of road-side eat-outs, so never a dull moment for food options. The kid got sick on the last day of trip so we ended up using 'Prime med center' (w/o insurance :-( ) in Reef mall opposite to the property. Plenty of pharmacies nearby as well. Glad we did not have to cancel return trip back to US. We ended up visiting Gold souk, Deira, Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall/Water fountain. Overall, the stay was awesome.

Gym maintenance work caused noise from drills from up above. Their sister property had gym open from 8 AM to 8 PM only, so had to adjust accordingly. We would *not* take away any stars due to these issues. The room access card became inoperable after second day. Reason from reception - We kept it close to car keys, mobile phones. I don't recall carrying the card near them.

She provided valuable information about the hotel's amenities and was always ready to offer recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Midlaj, on the other hand, went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my stay. His professionalism and genuine kindness were much appreciated and left a lasting impression. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room daily, ensuring that everything was spotless and well-stocked. The hotel's dining options were also noteworthy. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes and dietary requirements. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience. Overall, my stay at the Ramada Hotel Deira was highly enjoyable. The outstanding service provided by Syeda and Midlaj at the reception made a significant difference, and I am grateful for their hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and look forward to returning in the future.

the price/quality rating of Ramada by Wyndham was top-notch all across the board. A special word for the care the staff provides the customer with whatever the question or issue ( if any). A special note of appreciation for the breakfast buffet offering a wide variety of choices which can dovetail the needs of all customers. Regarding the breakfast a special note must be addressed for the lady welcoming customers - her name is Heena - as well as her Manager who cared about each client going from table to table insuring everuthing went smoothly.

Hotel Review: I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was top-notch. A special thank you to Raj at the reception, who showed incredible kindness and generously offered us another room completely free of charge. This was such a pleasant surprise and speaks volumes about the excellent service. The hotel’s location is fantastic — everything you need is close by. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, delicious, and with great variety. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to everyone.

The location was very convenient and the room was spacious and clean. I did not take breakfast. I would like to specially thank the receptionists who were very courteous and helpful. Mr. Shivam (the bellboy I presume) was very helpful and his assistance is greatly appreciated and the lady and all the gentlemen at the Reception were very courteous and pleasant. Mr. Muhiyaddin (Room Boy) was also very courteous and always with a smile and ensuring that everything is okay in the room, makes our stay at Ramada a pleasant experience.

I requested for a measuring scale to weigh my baggage but I never received it. It was supposed to have been taken by another room. So I cant blame the staff but the hotel should have more than one.

His name might be Asad, but I’m not entirely sure. He’s from Multan, Pakistan, and his warmth and attentiveness made our dining experience memorable. He took care of every detail during our meals, whether it was breakfast or dinner, ensuring that we had everything we needed. His genuine care and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Overall, my stay at the Ramada Hotel Deira was fantastic, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff. Imtiaz and the gentleman from the restaurant area provided service that went above and beyond, making my visit to Dubai even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Everything was perfect as i didnt find anything to complain about.

The King-size suite offered a spacious and comfortable stay for our family, featuring two attached bathrooms. The staff members were all friendly and supportive of our requests. Shivam from the Concierge team was a versatile individual who assisted us on multiple occasions. Goldie from the Front Reception was pleasant and efficient in addressing our queries. At the restaurant, Adil provided friendly and attentive service. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The location is fantastic, offering convenient access to everything you need within walking distance. Additionally, the airport is easily reachable.

Metro station just opposite to the hotel. But always remember that Dubai metro is always house full. From the airport you can get a taxi by not more than 20 USD. Always remember that there there are other hotels with same name in the same area so please ensure to type the correct hotel address. Breakfast really good with lot of Arabic, middle east, western and Indian selections. Rooms are really big.

The hotel will charge - block half of your payment from your card before your stay starts -Which is not mentioned in the Booking.com. Hotel says this is for as a guarantee. If dinner or lunch is included please remember that this is a set menu from a separate menu card, not the common standard menu from the hotel. Wifi will not work in the laptop until you get a separate password from the reception.

The room was well prepared by room attendant Mainuddin. Thank you very much. He should be given some recognisition by the management for his dedicated work. Always putting on a smile every time. And we also like to thank your front desk staff Syeda for checking in us in a smooth manner. She should also be given recignisition by the hotel management. And also to Shivam for helping us to book vehicle to airport on our check out. This is our second visit to the hotel and we will definately come back to this hotel if we visit Dubai again. Stronly recommended as this hotel is very close to metro station. Thank you Ramada by Wyndham. Till we meet again, see ya from Singapore.
