The hotel is pretty good, I would say the best in this area. The breakfasts are excellent, the earlier you come the better. The gym is very spacious and not crowded if you come around 3-5-pm. the pool on the roof is also pretty good. A shuttle to the beach works fine, the beach itself is quite lovely. The longer you book the cheaper daily price you get. It is easy to catch a taxi to downtown, the metro is 5 min walk. The overall feeling in the hotel you get is very positive, amazing interiors of reception, also the hotel is a part of the big trade center, so you don't need to go outside for shopping, basically, one can live there for months and have no need to go outside.

The prices for extension of stay could be reconsidered, now it same as a new booking. Also, the individuals from rusia might use the beach shuttle, so if you don't enjoy their company, skip the bus.

Hotel staff is great. building is new and stunning with facilities with amazing Room Services breakfast is delicious. Receptions are friendly especially the Indonesian reception is very kind.

Hotel’s location is bad . This building should be at the center why why in Diera ? 🤣. I was.missing the car parking a lot of time when I arrive to the hotel. so I could not find the lobby of the hotel easily because the lobby is at the second floor.. lobby’s is closed why why ? be carful 😂😂 don’t touch mini bar room Pepsi is 18 AED 😱

The breakfast options were lacking otherwise good.

Hotel is excellently located and very comfortable. Breakfast good be improved and founded it extremely crowded. Breakfast menu in my opinion should be changed every few days , our 11 day stay we found the same menu each day in the end went outside of the hotel to have our breakfast even though we had paid for the breakfast .

I have to say that apart from what I mentioned above, all was perfect and staff were really friendly and nice. The location of the hotel is great and convenient close to the city centre. Moreover, Alghurair Mall is just in the ground floor of the hotel, which is very convenient for shopping.

I was given a room with double bed perfect for couples, but not for couples with two children. I was not offered an extra bed, unless I pay extra cheges. Furthermore, the room rate was doubled only because my family consists of four members including my two little ones 9 and 6 years old and nothing extra was offered. I'm actually surprised, how come the same room has double the rate when two children are included without even providing any extra bed or service.

The Hotel Atmosphere was very ok.Everything near.The Mall the Metro n all Restaurants were near the facility.The BellBoys were excellent esp Rajinder.Very impressed.

The Welcome was very Poor from the Front Desk.The Guy kept telling me tht since ur 3 u need to upgrade the room and add Abt 800 Dirhams n the room u have is very Squeezed.But I insisted on the room I had booked n to my surprise it was So very ok .Its a way of getting money from ur guests which wasn't gud experience

Our check in was smooth with well informed and cooperative staff at the reception. Special thanks for George for his quick action when he realized we had been waiting for a room for more than 2hrs. The lobby was clean spacious and could accommodate the large influx of guests. The day we day checked in was a busy day. The security was doing a good job in being vigilant of the arriving guest including making sure they were masked up at all times. We chose two twin rooms. Both were very comfy, clean, spacious and well lit. The bathrooms where spacious and well maintained. The hotel is attached to Al ghurair centre and close by Union metro is just walking distance. The hotel provided pre travel PCR which was hassle free.

These are not things i didn't like rather they were tiny issues i feel that could be addressed. 1- The water temperature control of the bath in room 720 was a bit difficult to adjust. Either it was cold for very long or too hot which was unbearable. We did request for a plumber but he said if the nearby rooms use their toilet we may face such an issue. However, that was a bit difficult to adjust. 2- I felt pressure for the toilet spray/faucet was slightly less. It would be better if you could adjust it. 3- We used the cups in room 715 and we realised the same cups where put back, just rinsed as we noticed the same stains on the cups the next day. The housekeeping should be a little bit more vigilant in this.

The Spa facility was 50 % off for the guests but now they changed it to 25 % :( .

▪︎ Views from 14th floor ▪︎ Clean, spacious, and comfortable room ▪︎ Easy check-out process and the staff that did my check-out was nice. ▪︎ Location: close to DBX airport; access to a mall next to it was convenient; Store at lobby was nice too and found some stuff to buy; Many eateries, other stores, night market, close by as well.

Minor: a little confusion with the correct elevator to use the first time; ended up on ground floor with exit doors that will not open, thus had to find the right elevator to use. Otherwise, quickly learned from minor mishap.

I likes the position of the hotel. Close to the airport and center of most places.

Breakfast limited to certain items. Range not wow for price paid. Tea coffee guys very slow. No system followed. TO BOOK an extra night was forced to use the system. Misled also around room availability. To trust is questionable
