The staff were very helpful. We ordered food to the room and it was always very fast and food was vera tasty and we even got a discount card for 25%. The prices were very reasonable. Taxi to the Marina took about 13 minutes and cost 30 - 40 AED.

1. Location: near the metro station Al furjan, and shuttle service is available from the hotel to the station 2. It’s quiet to live here, so I can always sleep well 3. Another great customer service experience with a warm welcome from Babar at the reception. I feel very happy when I see dedicated staff members in a facility who do their job with complete dedication.

No TV channels as I am addicted to TV channels but its a smart TV so its ok. Also more smoking rooms I would personally prefer and also the gaming section in the basement should be kept open late. :)

The hotel is in top shape, the rooms are spacious and the hotel the front reception centre has good customer friendly attitude. The reception helped me with everything I asked for and ensured anything we needed, like extra tea packets or toiletries, were always promptly sent to the room. The regular shuttle service to metro station is hence an added bonus and helps out the transit situation, a lot. The hotel has an attached gym which is very convenient. There are grocery stores nearby which helps as well. The restaurant is situated on the first floor of restaurant which serves incredible food. Some of the staff were very nice and extra helpful.

The location is quiet but has a lot of construction happening in adjoining blocks, leading to road blockades which was sometimes confusing the cab drivers on the way out. Being on tad outskirts of the city, one wont find a lot of nearby activities around which is a point to consider if you like to see more people around.

Breakfast was not included, but the room was very clean, and there is a cozy, simple restaurant with a terrace on the ground floor of the hotel. You can smoke on the terrace without bothering anyone. Both the hotel and restaurant staff were amazing, warm-hearted people; the atmosphere was very light and pleasant! We would love to come back for a longer stay.

I would add a few irons to the room with washing machines and a couple of steamers - a handheld one and a vertical one. That would be really great! In the lounge area, I would like to see a Russian keyboard and a larger selection of books in both English and Russian. It's very pleasant to be there, and the only thing missing is books.

Hotel rooms are clean, professional and helping staff. Special greetings from me babar from front desk. They have restaurant, laundry, gaming room and gym. They also providing shuttle service every day.

location. it’s a quiet area and great for someone needing quiet time. The TVs are smart. Looks like they’re also a property with sustainability values. Very clean. I usually like rooms with a carpet but it was still ok with the runner rug.

they don’t have morning robes. not offering room service yet. This isn’t great for people with social anxiety who travel alone.

We had a delightful four-night stay at Resivation. The room was clean and featured a spacious and comfortable bed. The shower was enjoyable, and the built-in cabinet provided convenient storage space for our belongings. The basement lounge room, equipped with computers, allowed us to get some work done. We also noticed a pool table, although we didn't have the chance to play. Overall, it is definitely worth recommending to friends looking for an affordable staycation option. The only downside was that the restaurant was closed for renovations during our stay. Despite this, we had a pleasant and comfortable experience at Resivation.

Our experience at Resivation would have been even better if the restaurant was open during our stay. Nonetheless, we still had a fantastic time with the clean and comfortable room, spacious bed, enjoyable shower, and the convenience of the built-in cabinet. The basement lounge room provided a great space for work, and although we didn't play, the presence of a pool table was a nice touch. We highly recommend Resivation for a great staycation experience, and we hope to visit again when the restaurant is fully operational.

I loved the hotel location, far from downtown Dubai, and is quiet. My room was a reasonable size and clean. I enjoyed the walking paths around the hotel. Room service was prompt. I particularly appreciate the reception staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and great service. Special call out to Anas, Osama, and all the housekeeping staff. Wifi connectivity was fabulous

There was some noise coming from the bathroom sewer, especially when the AC in the room was switched on. The window in the room could not fully open to let in some fresh air.
