Rose Plaza is located in Al-Barsha 1, prime location in Dubai for tourists. All major tourist attractions are max 15-20 mins away. The area of the hotel is very lively and most shops, cafe and restaurants nearby are open 24 x 7. The hotel is literally 2 mins walk away from Mall of Emirates. The hotel itself is good value for money and very affordable. Guest services are top notch and the staff from the reception to room service are all very courteous and proactive. The hotel itself offers good food and breakfast. Overall highly satisfied and may chose them again for my stays in Dubai

Not a very big deal but the swimming pool on the rooftop is very small. That’s probably because the hotel building itself is not very big. But the pool was very neat and clean.

I like the room at first but suddenly i feel uncomfortable Facilities is okay but only the room a little not clean and bed bugs

Rooms are very clean. Dear, Kaushila housekeeping is very good and she checks the guest what they need to see what she needs and fulfills her needs. Every day Shoaib comes cheerfully and asks if everything is fine, If I have any problem, I tell him and he take care of my need immediately. He makes our stay comfortable and gave us wonderful service Insha-Allah. I will come again this hotel. And I highly recommend this hotel to my family members and Friends Thank you so much. I Like every just pool was small but its very clean. I like it

The location is app. 10-15min walk to metro via Mall of Emirates. The closest beach is one hour walk. The taxis were quite cheap and will take you everywhere. Wifi was working, bed were comfy, the water was refilled.

The breakfast could have more variety. No ham, one triangle cheese, overpeppered salat.. Anyway, the omelets prepared by order were good and huge. The pool is way smaller than it seems on the picture. I did not like the pool guy watching me while I was swimming. There is a noisy construction in the back of the building (March 23).

Perfect for a vacation with family! We are really grateful to the hotel staff for helping us. Service here is on the top level: rooms are clean, bathrooms are equipped with all necessary things, metro station and Mall of the Emirates are so close to the hotel. People working here are so kind, polite and caring.

The property it’s very clean and well maintained all the personal was helpful and smiling especially the reception staff Mr. Azher that help me with all my needs and even make sure that they will open the Gym for me after hours so I can do my daily workout which make my stay more pleasant. Overall you are getting very good value for your money and I will come back again in the future.

Staff was nice

I was allocated in the room facing construction.in the morning they were drilling so it was disturbing.

Hotel is cozy and modern with nice clean rooms and facilities. I stayed here for one month and entirely glad with my choice. I’m sportive man and therefore I enjoyed to swim and go to the gym regularly. Thanks a lot to room attendant Zia for great work. All staff (including reception managers) are very friendly and helpful. In my opinion, I’ll stay here again in future.

Rose Plaza experience was much higher than my expectation; excellent staff, any request was handled and managed very fast, always extra water, when they knew im a heavy coffee drinker, they keep always extra coffee and water. Very clean room, room service was perfect. The hotel is also located in an excellent location.

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the room, very small and the quality of the breakfast should be better.
