Location, cleanliness and comfort

Because we didn’t keep a deposit, they immediately came and emptied the minibar which seemed awkward and felt as if we would eat or drink from it without paying. We’ve stayed in many top notch hotels and none of them did that. This action made us feel as if they don’t trust their guests. Going to think again before booking here again even though we’ve stayed here many times in the past but never faced this kind of attitude.

Beautiful room, well equip. I don't use minibar so cant say but it looked has pretty much everything. The breakfast spread was very good. staffs across the hotel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I would like to mention few names like Sweta in the front desk, Shahid in the concierge, Chef Tire Pun, Ridha and Shahil in the breakfast room were so nice and attentive. Excellent room service and food. I would recommend for sole, couple and family equally.

I had a small incident which i raised my concern about but the front desk did not come back to me and updated me how it was addressed because the issue was serious and pertains to one individual only.

Please fix your internet connection in the rooms, i was in room 145... the connection was horrible. I will not rebook there before getting a confirmation tat it is fixed thanks

The hotel services and facilities were exceedingly exceptional. Breakfast was brilliant with such a variety to choose from. There are also a la carte restaurants within the hotel and a cafe and poolside bar that serves foods and drinks - so there’s always something for everyone as well as room service if course. There is a Japanese restaurant on site which was genuinely my favourite! I would very highly recommend. Additionally, there’s shops, beauty salon, spa, gym, pool etc. The hotel room (we stayed in a creek view room), size, cleanliness and staff hospitality etc. were beyond exceptional! I loved it and really hope to return to soon.

- very good hotel - very comfortable bed, and pillows - well kept. Rooms are the cleanest i have ever been. - good gym - helpful concierge and security - good shower and amenities

- don’t understand towel policy. Had to request everyday for towels, as they didn’t leave any, even if i left the used ones hanging. - cold front desk staff, unlike the cleaning staff and bell boy/concierge, who were super friendly. - although location is good, you still need a car/taxi to leave. Metro is walking distance, but under the Dubai heat it can be a though 10 min walk.

I loved everything about this place. The breakfast was excellent. The view overlooked the Creek which was welcoming in the overbearing heat. Staff were cordial and very helpful.

No shuttle service to and from the hotel. Upon arrival in dubai we were taken in by the taxis that operate at the airport. We were not made aware of the airport taxis and paid quite handsomely (double) to the 'black car' taxis to get to the Sheraton. Thankfully, it was our luck that when we left Sheraton to go back to the airport an airport taxi happen to drive past. We only realised on our departure that we had paid double when we arrived. More information should be made available to tourist about using the Metro and about what to expect at some of the sites. We paid an exhorbitant amount to go to the Palm and Atlantis only to discover that the Atlantis hotel was based on the Sun City model in South Africa - what a waste of our time and money.

The hotel was in an idyllic position with our room overlooking the Creek, with transport facilities close by (Metro and bus). The staff were exceptional, helpful and nothing was a trouble to them. Breakfast was a wide range of international and local dishes. We ate in the Vivaldi Restaurant each night, with a good choice menu.

The only disappointment with the hotel was in the Chelsea Arms Pub, there was no atmosphere due to the lack of lighting - it was too dark to see what you would be eating. We had been expecting to visit the Ashiana Restaurant, but it had closed down prior to our arrival.

Although we had a noise issue the hotel handled it very well. All staff was very kind and professional. The best hotel we have stay at in Dubai. Rooms are beautiful and super clean. Very comfortable. The bathroom and shower are great. Breakfast was VERY excellent! There is nothing to fault this hotel. Creek view is amazing. I would stay again for sure. Location is near the Metro if you need. I would like to thank Mr. Meher, the manager who helped me change rooms. You were very professional and patient even when I was frustrated. Thank you.

Nothing, everything exceeded my expectations.

Everything about the stay was amazing. Unfortunately the pictures on Booking.com don’t do justice to the property. The rooms are very nice, the bed was very comfortable. Now I must say the shower was out of this world. Very spacious, with the rain shower made for a therapeutic shower each time. Staff was amazing. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

The Italian restaurant was ok, however I only ordered pizza, hard to mess that up. I did try a couple pastries from the cafe and it lacked freshness, and taste, very bland desserts. Ordered room service and the food was mediocre at best. But with so many options in Dubai this is not a major issue and also they have delivery services.

The creek view was nice. Rooms were cozy and quiet. Staff were helpful and polite. Location of the hotel is very good, metro and bus stop nearby so its easy to move around. I told them it was my first trip so they did accomodate me in a good room on 6th floor, which was a nice gesture.

Service seemed to lack a bit for a 5 star hotel. Check-in took longer than expected, some emenitites were missing when I checked in, and the room service/reception took quite a while to answer the queries. Also the room seemed a bit old, the rugs seemed very aged and I did not get that premium vibe especially for the price compared to other hotels.
