Overall, everything was great. The apartment featured a large refrigerator, perfect for storing plenty of drinks and food, and a machine that provided clean, drinkable water. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate five people, offering all the necessary comforts. With three bathrooms and a clean, well-maintained interior, the apartment met all our expectations.

The location was not as ideal as we had anticipated. While it is close to Dubai's center, the best area for walking and enjoying activities in Dubai is actually the Dubai Marina. For this reason, I would consider the location to be less than satisfactory. The power outlets were too far from the bed and sofa, and there was only one extension cord available, so we requested an additional one for charging our phones. We also requested slippers, as none were provided in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments. The apartment was spotless, and each room had its own bathroom, and had everything we needed ( included filtered water, an ironing board, a washing machine, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher) The staff was very helpful and promptly brought us anything we requested, such as an extra blanket, slippers, and even a charging adapter.

The only negative aspect was the strong smell of sewage in the small room.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The apartment was incredibly spacious and modern, conveniently located near various attractions. The staff, especially Zainab, was remarkably helpful and friendly. Zainab was quick to respond, genuinely concerned about our comfort. Another standout was Biko, a charming young man who was equally cooperative and amiable.

However, there were a few shortcomings in the apartment, such as the absence of slippers, paper tissues, and a milk boiling pot. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall stay was pleasant, thanks to the spacious, modern apartment and the accommodating and friendly staff.

The apartment was lovely and spacious, provided a phenomenal view of the skyline (including the burj khalifa). The location was perfect and accessible to Dubai’s popular landmarks, it was about 5 min drive from Dubai mall and about a 10 min walk from the city walk. The service from the staff was amazing, they were very welcoming, attentive and keen to help.

There isn’t much I can fault about the stay, other than that one of the pool facilities were closed which meant the one that was open got quite busy. Which is understandable.

The apartment was big and clean,its in the downtown 5 minutes away from the dubai mall,burj khalifa and other places.

They wont clean the apartments you have to pay AED 150+VAT for cleaning everytime on top of the amount you pay for the booking and they wont come and make your bed you have to make it and nothing in the apartment is replenished you have to purshase tissue,soap and every little thing you need during your stay. Booking.com should mentioned it clearly on their website that you have to pay separate for house keeping. Its not a hotel apartment its more like a private apartment. I have stayed in many hotel apartments cheaper then sonder they make beds and cleans apartment every day and replenished every day stuff. So disappointing stay.

The place was nice and clean. The staff are very helpful and prompt. Everytime we asked for something through the chat it was done within 30mins.

The place is self service but there wasn't at least a broom to clean the place or a laundry rack (not sure if they were able to provide it if asked). The location is near city walk which might have been much better during the winter time but since we came during the summer the heat didn't allow us to enjoy it as much as we could have.

Property is gorgeous, had no idea how nice it was till i got there. Pool and gym are okay nothing special. It is the room and view.

Staff needs their own elevators. They hog up all the elevators and sometimes the carts make it feel squished inside the elevator. This is a huge concern and I would say for the safety for guest and staff give them a service elevator. You will see workers constantly call their own elevators or barge in/out of the elevator with janitor carts.

The apartment was on the 31st floor, which gave us a view out of this world. We had a direct view of the Burj Khalifa. It was bigger than most three bedroom apartments that we have booked. It was clean and spacious and was surprised to have three ensuits with an additional toilet, making it so comfortable for a family of five. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone you won't be disappointed. The location was great.

The fact that we didn't stay there longer 😪. It was excellent.

Great location and building.

The pool closes at 7pm. It is way too early. The only moment when you want to enjoy it after work they close the pool and the walking/running track. It does not make sense and very frustrating. Too hot during the day to go to the pool or some people work and cannot do before the evening. They should extend until at least 9-10pm.

The hotel has an excellent location and a great view. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the balcony. The suite I booked has 2 large bedrooms and a small bedroom. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower. There is also a POWDER ROOM in the living room. The living room is spacious and bright, with a large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, so you can cook by yourself. There is a small laundry room with a washer-dryer. The hotel provides laundry balls and dishwashing blocks. The customer service of the hotel app responded to the information very promptly. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and also provided luggage delivery service. In short, we like this place very much. If I come to Dubai for a trip, I will definitely choose to stay here.

The Metro station is a little far and there is limit option for restaurants.
