The room was excellent and beautiful. breakfast was great it had a variety for every taste. location is perfect near metro and just around the conner it has a beautiful landmark photo opportunity.

1. One cannot beat the location. Really close to the metro and to tourist spots. 2. The room is really spacious! Can really move well in the room - considering that I have kids and with stroller. 3. Kitchenette is really a good addition - specially if you are traveling with infants/toddlers. 4. Staff are accommodating and hospitable.

1. Lift. I think they need to modify the programming of the lift. It's kind of annoying that the lift has already opened in your floor, but you are assigned to another lift. 2. Breakfast! Breakfast is good, but if you get to see the same breakfast for six days, it's really not appetizing. Try interchanging meals. 3. There are tiny insects in the room. Perhaps because the floor is newly renovated, but you could do something about it. 4. Water heater in the bathroom is not that good! The water from the sink is warmer than the water from the shower.

Great place to stay, only slight issue was the length of time spent waiting for the lift during peak times... Allow plenty of time if you're on a tight schedule.

The Marriott Residence Inn's tower boasts an excellent location along Sheikh Zayed Road, offering convenient access to key attractions. The price is entirely justified, considering the quality of amenities provided. The accommodations resemble ordinary apartments, creating a comfortable and homely atmosphere. The reception staff, particularly Yasir and Prakash, excel in providing exceptional service. Yasir's diligent work ethic is evident as he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and at ease. Prakash also demonstrates genuine care for guests' needs. Furthermore, Tareq, the operator, promptly addresses guest requests, ensuring immediate action is taken. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a apartment with the desired view, highlighting their commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction. While the cleaning and elevator system could use improvement, it's possible that renovations are underway, as indicated during checkout. Overall, I anticipate a flawless experience once renovations are complete.

Elevators & Cleaning

Very very good value for the money. I was upgraded in a beautiful suite. The suite is very clean and has everything you need, very well decorated also ! The gym is absolutely beautiful with a very nice view and is open 24-7 , the room service food is very good and very nice portions :) the breakfast is perfect you’ll find absolutely everything you want , there is a lot of choice and the breakfast area is very nice, I think they relocated it into a bigger and newest space and it shows :) The staff is also very helpful , you are not even 10 minuts away from the dubai mall and 5mn away walking to the metro station.

Nothing, will definitely come back.

Excellent location- next to the metro station, only 2 metro stops from the Convention Centre and only one stop from Dubai Mall or Museum of the Future. I arrived very late at night, but that was not a problem at all, the receptionist was very welcoming and he even gave me an upgrade of my appartement- it was so incredibly spacious, and spotless clean. Bed was divine, and living room really comfy. Fluent check-out.

The location is very central to major attractions and the Metro. The staff are extremely helpful and respectful of your wishes. The cleaning staff must work so hard as nothing is ever out of place! I know it's a little thing, but all the staff always greet you and are happy to assist in any way. The breakfast is exemplary and catered for both adults and children. This was our second time staying at the hotel and I can foresee us returning again when we spend a few nights in Dubai!

The stay was exactly as we expected and there was nothing we didn't like.

1) spacious rooms 2) very close to the next metro 3) very clean rooms 4) good breakfast variety

1) rooms need a few updates e.g. there wasn’t an outlet for a hairdryer in front of a mirror 2) smaller wash cloths for the face would have been nice 3) the concierge kindly organised a transport to Abu Dhabi for us, the drive itself was good but upon arrival the driver said that he only takes cash and no card. We didn’t have that much cash on us, so we had to drive to the nearest ATM first. This situation could have been easily prevented, if the concierge would have told us in advance that we could only pay with cash.

Good choice to stay 👍specially who comes to the fair,,,,thanks to Mr.Mulhem & all the receptions guys🙏…also i likes the services in the breakfast😃 I felt like i’m at home☺️ thanks to Nilmini ,Lana,Ali,Suzette,Chaminda,Nabil,Salem,Amir they are really so nice and willing to help me & make me feel comfort😍

The elevator system are complex and stupid 🙃they should change to simple system ,the wifi speed are very slow😌 if you want higher speed you have to pay extra around 90 Aed per day which are really costly 😢
