The staff , especially the receptionist, she was very welcoming and accommodated me in a room as requested , and she changed my room. I think she (mehroz) could be an asset in a hotel as she remembered changing my room without giving a second call. Never had an amazing experience. , very good staff

It's noisy on the ground floor

The place is quiet, the hotel is very clean, the staff welcomes the guest, the manners and facilities are excellent, the internet is very fast, and the value for the service is above excellent. I recommend it for families and solo travelers.

Staff are very helpful and polite specialy the one and only Filipina lady in reception Ms. Gelyn is so approachable and Lovely, you get pretty much your stay because of the hospitality,, Thanks for welcoming to us was wonderful ,Will stay again.

Dear in the hotel there have big issues noise sleeping very disturbing music very loud 🔊 management must be take noise music very disturbing night time not sleeping

Yes hotel is good and breakfast is also good. We like the location and the hotel staff was very helpful. Especially the receptionist lady was very helpful lady

Bathroom. We prefer Bathroom be more clean

I heard a lot of sounds, people talking near our door. Shower was slow. I ask for double bed.. They give 2 single beds.

They asking for 30 aed for parking additional. Even I told the security that I have booking and I am going to check in.

Budget Friendly, easy to find. Good eating joints next to the hotel.

Only down side was that they had 2 African clubs on the ground floor which use run till 2 to 3 am so if you wanna sleep early you won't get peaceful sleep.Not appropriate for families but good for solo or stags.
