I had an exceptional stay at Al Meydan. The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were warm and attentive and went beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. The on-site dining was a highlight, offering delicious meals with various options. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well maintained. Its convenient location made exploring the area effortless. I highly recommend Al Meydan for a luxurious and memorable experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The fitness center was a bit disappointing. Its limited selection of machines and weights made it challenging to get a proper workout. More equipment would have met guests' needs.

Everything was immaculate, from check in to check out I had no issues whatsoever. Usually at check in other hotels even with advanced booking there’s always either a small hiccup or the room is just not ready….Not at the Meydan, once I availed my information and passport within 2-3 mins I was given my room keys and Bijay already had my luggage in hand and ready to bring to my room. It truly is a 5 star experience very easy to get what you need or want just simply ask. Ms Ons made my check out seamless too the entire staff are just great no complaints on my end.

Location is just a bit remote but not impossible to reach. I would recommend renting a car if you’re staying here.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, with no traffic near so we slept very good. Rooms are very big and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful, always with a smile on the face, and they seemed to be sincere. Especially Mohamad, Begimai, Pratima but also Ajnas, Swastika and Ramees. Breakfast was delicious, a lot of variety of foods, milk of any choice, Arabic but also international food. And very tasty. The lobby is impressive, the pool is small but very nice, it is an infinity pool. Room service with tasty meals. The provide still water for free everyday. I will come back for sure.

1. One of the rooms (645) has a very bad smell, like mold, but my parents did not complain, they though it is impossible to receive another room, so it was our fault that we did not asked to receive another room. 2. In the first 2 days nobody entered to clean our rooms, to change the towels or to bring new toiletries even if the “clean my room” button was on. Only after we asked to clean our rooms, they did it every day. 3. Minibar snacks are incredibly expensive. For example a small Haribo is 65 AED (15 euros).

The Hotel needs maintenance; the last 2 times I was in room 704 but this time the room 708 was bad; water pressure was bad, the temperature of the water in the shower was not good and the handle of the balcony door was broken, they moved me to room 908 but still had the same problem in the shower, they fixed the water temperature but they didn’t fix the water pressure.. The (breakfast) need to be be more ulternatives like to have more kinds of yellow cheese ( which) are finished early,need to add apple juice, but the whole staff of the restaurant were excellent

I had the most unforgettable experience ringing in the New Year at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The ambiance was festive, and the New Year’s Eve celebration was spectacular — with great food, entertainment, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Despite our early arrival before 8 AM, the hotel staff warmly welcomed us and facilitated a delightful breakfast, setting the tone for our entire stay. The accommodating nature of the staff was evident as they graciously arranged an early check-in for us. This thoughtful gesture allowed us to settle in comfortably after a long journey. The breakfast at the Farriers restaurant was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Special mention goes to Salih, Ajnas, and Ramees at the Farriers restaurant. Their dedication and attentiveness truly enhanced our dining experience. I have specific dietary preferences, and these wonderful individuals took the extra effort to have the chef prepare special dishes just for me. The pasta and fried mushrooms they made were simply the best, and I felt genuinely cared for. The hotel itself is a marvel, blending luxury and comfort seamlessly. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and provided a perfect sanctuary after our days of exploring Dubai. The amenities were top-notch, and every corner of the hotel exuded a sense of elegance and sophistication.

I stayed at the Meydan Hotel for my birthday week, so the expectations were quite high to begin with. I'm happy that this place was all it advertised - great hotel, comfortable rooms with a view, and nice staff. There was a small hiccup with my food order once but the in-room dining staff went over and beyond to rectify it. The parking is free, there's valet, and it's right in front of the reception so you can instantly hop in and drive away. I booked this hotel specifically because I wanted something away from the city rush. The breakfast spread and in-room dining options are good too. I was happy to see Indian and vegetarian food options available. I'll definitely come back!

The Meydan Golf Academy staff should have a simple beginner-friendly package for those like me who want to try a real golf game for the first time without any previous experience. The counter staff didn't quite understand that. But my golf instructor - Edward was great and patient!
