The view and comfort quality of the suite

We ordered some items like brushes and all it took them 1 hr to bring it probably bcz of the lunch cooking hours but they should have given a heads up... Others than that theybwere very welcomig

The property was very cozy and elegant. Thet had given us a very nice room overlooking the Museum of the Future and Burj Khalifa.

The TV network wasn't working. We called to ask for help regarding the network but nobody came to fix it.

The women staff especially like Dina who don't even acknowledge you if you are standing right infront of them. And another woman staff who was rude to her colleague while I was stood there when he asked her to check me out. She told him to shut his mouth in her language.

I would like to express my immense happiness with my stay at this wonderful hotel. My experience here was filled with comfort and excellence, and I can confidently say it has been one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I want to thank Aisha, Ahmed, and Mohammed at the reception for their warm welcome and professionalism. They were always smiling and ready to assist me with anything I needed, making me feel right at home. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the manager, Mina, who contributed to creating such a welcoming and warm environment. His leadership and dedication to the team greatly reflected on my experience. I am truly grateful for everything and look forward to returning to this amazing place soon!

room was not ok in the first stage, but Mr. Saif who is very kind and understanding person has changed the room for us and was really good. appreciate his support. breakfast was good. location is good as well.

at the evening, I came back to the hotel but I forgot my hand bag in my car, so I have requested the room service to get it for me from the valet, very nicely they accepted my request and they brought it to the room. after 15 minutes I want down to have a walk. someone from the room service, get in the room and open the same bag they brought to me ( I am sure) and to cover the action they closed the curtain and rearranged the sheet on the bad to give me the feeling that they came in to clean the room but it is not some empty bottles and other things they did not throw. if for security or safty reason they might ask me to open and it for them or they can check it by the scan. anyhow, I have nothing to worry but just to let you know that I knew what happen.

The staff (specifically at the restaurant) is very nice. The food also was very good (full board) and diverse. We were given a high floor, the view was magnificent. Rooms are okay. They gave us an extra bed free of charge because we were 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and 2 queen beds are a bit small.

They need more elevators. As the tower is quite high, elevators can get really crowded (specially during morning and breakfast) Breakfast get super busy around 9-10am. Difficult to find a place to eat. But they did warned us. Coming around 8am is better There isn’t enough pool chair. Sometime it get busy. While the pool is okay, the have the space to put more chairs.

The breathtaking views. The warmth and professionalism of the staff. They responded immediately and with generosity when I had an issue with my first room. I stayed full board and really enjoyed the food, which was ideal as I was attending a conference at the World Trade Centre. The location is excellent, right in front of a metro entrance that is just one stop from the venue. I switched from taxis to Gold Class metro travel, which was faster, cheaper, and far more convenient for the whole week. The upgraded carriage was a great bonus. Overall, a truly excellent experience.

There were a couple of issues with the first room due to ongoing refurbishment. However, these were quickly and professionally resolved. I arrived tired and a little grumpy, but the staff took fantastic care of me.

Hotel personnels were kind and nice with flexibility in check in check out specially Miss Radia was nice and helpfull > Mr Riyaz ( Concierge )was so helpful and make us feel as we are dealing with family member.He made us easy transfer to airport > He is really great personnel like wise miss Radia

The room ,allthough it is upgraded it was not good for bathroom were for handicapped and all people not room we saw on booking Elevators , we were waiting for half an hour sometimes waiting for elevators Room standard and equipments ( hair dryer, dus , minibar out of order and we spent long time to be repaired No one conducted us correctly to swimming pool Bisiness centre spent long time to work out no view from terrace all above out of order
