Great hotel in general. Good location, many restaurants and super markets around the hotel. Very close to all of the downtown area. The rooms were huge. The pool area is very nice and new. A little small for the size of the hotel.

It seems the hotel is very strict when it comes to them spending money. Every towel you ask for needs an approval from the reception. The elevators are pretty slow on the rush hours. Needs to be fixed.

The lady in the lobby which is in charge of travelling consultancy. I would fire this lady today. Not that she didn't help us with anything, she literally misinformed us with any question we asked her. We missed some activities only because of her totally false advises and attitude.

The hotel has a great location, and it is right next to the metro station. Rooms are large and very nice. There is an amazing view from higher levels. We stayed at 62nd floor, we really enjoyed the view. Furthermore, we liked the roof top restaurant, which requires a reservation in advance.

The hotel’s building is a skyscraper type. It has only 6 elevators, which make the customers wait for a long time to get on them. We realize that there should be some improvements on the staff service. For instance, I requested couple bottles of water at night time, and I had to call the reception 3 times. Morever, the checkin time is 3pm. We arrive at the hotel at around that time. We did our checkin but they told us that we need to wait for around 1 hour because room is not ready yet. That was something we did not like.

the elevator queue 😭 it’s crazy! junior staffs like cleaners, waiters are so super sweet and kind, very helpful! but front desk and HC staff they need a lot more than customer service training, you need to hire kind people!

The rooms were huge, clean and quite modern. It was more like a studio and less like a hotel room. They had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine and an ironing board! That was the highlight for us, because it was highly useful to have a washing machine in the room. The view from the room was amazing, as one would expect on the 65th floor. The glass windows were fairly clean, but could be cleaned a bit more. We had quite a pleasant experience esp. due to one staff member at the hotel reception, Kamesh, who was extremely helpful. He assisted us with whatever we needed, and finally helped us in extending our stay by one more day in the same room, even though the room category was no longer being shown as available on booking.com when we decided to extend our stay. Overall, really unique experience staying at the tallest hotel in the world.

Some things we didn't like: - Another staff member (an Asian lady whose name I didn't learn) was quite rude and inflexible in accommodating us, which really ruined the experience for us towards the end. - the bathroom was kind of small for such a large and luxurious room - the lifts took long, as mentioned by the other reviews, but of course we already expected that so it wasn't a huge negative for us

beautiful rooms big. with wasmachine and dryer. beautiful view. nice staff always helpful yassin one of the doorman was such a nice person.

you have to wait really long for the elevator. it is terrible. some times we had to wait for 40 min. one of the elevators was broken for 5 days. no repair and if you wanted to go to the top floor. you have to take a drink or good for 100 dh if else you can’t see it. really stupid.

Being on the 69th floor made is difficult to travel up and down the elevators most of the time. To access our floor there are only 2 allocated elevators. Majority of the time one of them was not working, leaving the other elevator jam packed with people Having to wait up to 15 mins for an elevator got frustrating, but this is just something we ended up factoring into our day. Everything else about our stay was amazing, so we were able to get passed the elevator situation.

The hotel porter were very helpful. The breakfast was pretty amazing. The view from the 64th floor was grand and breathtaking

The smell of the room . Smells a strong fungy cologne . Doesnot smells clean at all. I believe concentrate the smells of the room. you need something to remove the smells. It smells soooo bad
