Nova park hotel feels like home not hotel. Extremely happy with nova park hotel. I will definitely be staying again.

It was a suite and spacious with a bathroom and a kitchen. There was a seating area with couch. I have requested for an extra bed which was provided. Parking is free and there was ample parking, though finding a parking is an adventure in sharjah.

your laws are street and some of your staff really have to be considerate I came with my wife but because her visa renewer was on the process her boss is with her passport but we have the copy but your staff blandantly refuse accepting the photo of her passport copy that night I was so mad but I controlled myself so I quickly called her boss and ask for her passport behold I was lucky he asked me to come pick it up because we stay same building so I quickly asked the staffs to check in me inn with my and that my wife wait for me inside the room why I rush to go get her passport, but you won’t believe it that when I left they still asked her to stay back at the reception till I came back and that’s what I consider to be wickedness and racism pls try do something about this

Central location, close to the gold market and other small malls The apartment was very spacious with plenty of storage. Also kept very clean. Room was also tidied and cleaned regularly. Staff were very nice and polite. This was very good value for money and I would definately not hesitate to stay here again.

The balcony couldn't be used as it had the large extractor fans there, and it was fanning out lots of heat, which was unbearable in the already 40+ weather.

it was a nice stay , good and comfort hotel, staff well traine, hotel services is good, only room services menu is very limited there is no rice or beryani service.

There is free parking . Easy access to Main Roads and facilities. Excellent room rates.

A microwave if was provided it would be very good for long stayers.

nothing important, just a small note, if you can make the pressure of the water on the sink in the bathroom with less pressure, so it doesn’t waste water and don’t spill water around.

The room was spacious and the facilities were good. Housekeeping was excellent and the response to queries with the reception team also went well except for an instance where in the WiFi was not connecting and there was no solution provided. Had to go down personally to the reception to have this sorted out. The location of the property is excellent with access to public transport and other restaurants etc which really helped me during the stay.

Even though I didn't spend much time watching the television, would recommend that the channel options and signal reception can improve. Nothing as such stands out to a level of dislike for this property. Would have liked to have the Gym and pool facility available through out the day which would have been a great option for someone like me who was working long hours and was not able to utilize those facilities to the fullest of my liking. Maybe the time restrictions have been put in place due to the pandemic situation, but I would really appreciate the management looking into the possiblity of extending the operational hours of these facilites.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Parking was easy as there was huge parking lot exactly opposite to the hotel where you can park your car by getting permit from hotel front desk.

The hotel lift size was very small as it can accommodate only 4 person at a time.

Noval Park has been one of the best and flawless. From the Check-in process – Mr. Adil and his Philippine college has been very helpful in allocating a very spacious room with nice view everything was absolutely clean and most important the staff were extremely nice, they are used in giving good service and always going extra miles to ensure that we have received any thing we asked for, we felt comfortable during our stay. Their humble and gentle manners have made our feeling so warmed, its came to my shock when we walked down to ask for a plate to eat and we were given a plastic plate at the hotel restaurant (by the big fat man in the kitchen) I would have bought from the grocery if I needed a plastic plate, even duo the lady in the restaurant was feeling shy to handle the plastic plate to us, that big fat man insisted she should give it to us like that, I guess his discriminating but his actions would not stop us from appreciating the good staff who has been working hard for us to receive good service.
