The service is 2nd to none. The hotel room was so beautiful and absolutely perfect! From Krista and Krystal at reception, to Manisha in the restaurant, as well as Said as transport concierge, everyone was exceptional. On the morning I was leaving, I was even asked what breakfast I would like packed before my departure to the airport as I wasn't going to be able to make breakfast that morning. Everything was beyond perfect. I can't wait to go back!

This is such a beautiful property! Made tastefully with an authentic traditional Arabian look, but has all the modern amenities and top-class fittings & fixtures for the highest comfort. It is so peaceful and calm inside, even though you are in the heart of Sharjah. The rooms are so well designed and comfortable. Breakfast is not a buffet but the variety in selection is perfectly chosen, and, most importantly, everything is delicious! Kudos to the chef, and the restaurant staff to make you remember your dining experience forever. All the working staff- from the Valet to the cleaners- are kind and respectful to the highest degree. [Even their resident cat (Rosie) welcomed us!]. Finally- the ones who made everything special- from the front desk- Mr. Yassine, Mr. Bilol and Ms. Rejik (who took special care of all the ladies in my family)- are brilliant. Their warm welcome, patience and understanding had made our trip exceptionally special. As they said when we reached: “WELCOME HOME”, and while leaving it is a realization that it was indeed a “home”. Will be back again for sure.

Nothing to dislike!

The breakfast was very nice and pleasant. The entire restaurant staff was wonderful, and we had exceptional servers dealing with us. They were very polite and helpful and even with a decent amount of patrons, they maintained their excellent demeanor. Our room was luxurious and very big, with a state of the art television plug-in allowing us to connect our devices.

Honestly, there was nothing wrong with the hotel, but we couldn't have picked a worse season to stay there. The heat made sitting in the lounge/cafe impossible. Next time, we'll plan our visit for when it's cooler to enjoy sipping nice coffee, while sitting on the sofas in the open air.

Everything was excellent! Highly recommend for stay in Sharjah! Excellent customer service at the hotel and the main restaurant , one of the best what we have seen in UAE. Especially appreciating the late-check out, what was available at this day and could fully enjoyed all facilities. Luxury boutique hotel made in the traditional Emirate house style, located on the territory of the historical site. At the hotel there are a museum and library in the historical building. Outdoor area are stylish and great for winter season. Great location in the cultural district Heart of Sharjah, very close (3min walk) to the museums.

Better to book spa services in advance No private beach, more suitable for sighseeing

Unique hotel with best class amenities that has very peaceful and calm vibes. We travelled with our son who was just 11months at the time and special mention to the restaurant staff and chef that prepared special meals for him and was so attentive to him. The food served for all meals and in room was fresh and full of authentic flavours. My son especially loved the croissants that were always freshly baked and so soft. The hotel also accommodated our special requests regarding baby food and crib which made our stay feel like we were at home.

We found the height of the bed a bit strange. It was too high. Maybe this has something to do with the heritage or design of the room 🤔

After 3 years, this is my second time in this magnificent location, as always a true spectacle! Stepping through the entrance is like stepping into a time machine and when you leave the city skyline behind, you find yourself immersed in a wonderful "era" where you are welcomed as always, with the utmost care. We had the pleasure of staying in the new area, beautifully designed with the same charm and comfort. I would still like to personally thank the Director Mr. Fabio Marigliano and all the Staff of The Chedi Al Baiat, for giving us, as always, the utmost welcome and that extra something that convinced us to come back here! Everything was really fine!

We stayed there over the weekend in September with our 10 month old baby. It was our 5y anniversary and we had high expectations. This was by far the most beautiful hotel experience we have ever had! The style is so different and there are many comfy outdoor seating corners and nooks to explore that we just could have stayed in for the entire two days! Also, the hotel is connected to the souks and it is a part of Heart of Sharjah, so even with the persistent heat we were still able enjoy it. The four post king size bed was the most comfortable and it is the first time our baby has slept through the night 😁 I wish this was sponsored... It's not, but we really had the best night in Chedi since she was born 😅 Our room had a patio, which is unnecessary in the summer time, but would be great during the outdoor season. We tried the Nomani restaurant and loved the dish with seabream and rice. It was all five star! Now on to the staff - just perfect balance of nice service and privacy. Often times in the 🇦🇪 I witnessed the service fighting for reviews, which is understandable, but it results with many knocks on the door or just too much of intrusion. Here there was none of that, no personal notes, just the utmost kindness of every staff member and the BEST actual service. In the room there was a baby bottle sterilizer, milk warmer and diaper trash can just like home, although we asked for none of it in advance. Complementary home made granola bars and chilled bottles of water are a lovely touch. And this was the first time in my experience that the turn down service just made so much sese! The room was all ready for a good night's sleep, including the baby's crib that was also set up like a grown up bed, ready for tucking in, and we really felt like being at our second home! We will definitely be back!!

The only minus for some people could be the small pool - if you want to go to the pool or beach, go somewhere else. If you want to relax and marvel the beautiful antique design, this hotel should be on your go-to list regardless of Sharjah.

This was one of the best hotel stays I've ever experienced. The staff were so warm, friendly, and helpful. The rooms and the hotel grounds were lovely, enchanting, and very clean! The breakfast was EXCELLENT and very much worth what I paid for (in fact, this went above and beyond my expectations -- I was full from breakfast every day). My husband and I tried the afternoon tea tray as well and were very delighted with it. They have a local cat, Rosie, who was very friendly, and who greeted us when we arrived at the hotel reception area at 5am! I have been telling all my family and friends about this hotel.

The hotel had the feel of a small boutique and traditional hotel. The fantastic breakfast had wide range of options and after asking the waiting staff for recommendations on the first day, we ended up with a table food of superb food. We did our best not to waste too much. The A La Carte buffet dinner was also amazing with many tempting local delicacies. Although the pool area was mainly in the shade, Sam the lifeguard did a grand job of looking after the sun worshippers.

Although the hotel provides an on-demand shuttle to the local Radisson Blu Resort 'closed' beach, there was very few beachgoers there and no offering of hotel food or drink. The beach itself was clean, with comfortable sunbeds and the lifeguard welcomed Chedi Al Bait guests with a nice cold bottle of water. Due to the hotel's location, we did a fair amount of walking along the sea front, which although very pleasant and interesting watching the local fisherman preparing their vessels, it would have been nice for the hotel to offer complimentary bicycles to explore further afield in the cool winter temperatures.

Having wanted to stay here for a few years, I finally had a chance to do so and it was an exceptional and incredible experience from start to finish. From the kindest staff at all levels to sublime interiors (I was fortunately in the new house Khalid Ibrahim outside of the main complex) and elegantly presented and delicious food at breakfast and dinner to an excellent massage and beautiful private pool, The Chedi is a dreamworld in which if it were not for the art and architecture exhibitions nearby, I would have happily remained within the hotel...not leaving, only watching the change of light in the sky, listening to birds in the courtyard, and savoring every moment. If you stay outside of the main complex, you will be treated to a private pool shared by the house and buggy service throughout the day and night. The Chedi is unmatched even when compared to other 5 star locations in Dubai where I have stayed across the city and nothing compares to the service, friendliness, helpfulness of all staff and overall aesthetic memorable experience found in the heart of Sharjah. I will definitely return!

Nothing could have been better! It was all perfect! (And I don't think I have ever written that before...) Go if you have the chance, spend a day or three--it will stand out above all the others.
