Beautiful location, friendly staff, and amazing housekeeping crew.

The weekend crew kinda pestered my guest , calling up to my room and giving a bad vibe about them giving there ID when all week they had no issue and they new who an where they was going so unsure why it became an issue.

It was an amazing experience, the hotel is new and clean, the staff members are super polite and friendly, they do their best to provide guests with the best services. We appreciate a lot the attention to small details, for example, in the suite there are a lot of small clues on how to open the shower cabin, where to find hair dryer and so on. On the room cleaning they left us a bookmark as a gift. At the beach we were provided with complimentary ice cream and so on. All these small details made us feel welcome and comfortable, it was really nice. We would be glad to come again

The sounds of hundreds of crows nonstop from early morning till sunset. No sound insulation between rooms, so you will hear everything or any sound in the next room, so you can't sleep. The breakfast buffet was terrible and awful. I do not recommend it at all.

The property is well maintained, it is like new . The signature scent is there. Facilities are in very good condition. The staff from the reception are very accommodating and friendly. Conceirge is very attentive as well. Offers help even if dont need any. Staff call us twice to check if we need anything.

This was my 12th visit. All perfect and fantastic as usual. The staff are great, gentle, hospitable, and ready to serve you at all times.

The food menu needs to be changed, it is the same since opening. The hotel hosted a group for one night during a weekend, of junior male workers from a construction company maybe, they were making noise in the pool and starring in most females around and acting in a low class. some of them were swiming in their clothes. I understand the fact of getting any business during the low season however this might impact other guests who are still paying high rates and coming back. It might also impact negatively the reputation f the resort...

It’s all lovely. Staff can’t do enough for you. Second time here and hope to come back. It’s a great place to reset. Place always smells amazing too. Would love to take the scent home.

Ideally there should be another restaurant or at least more variety on the menu; it’s all the same. Although I was only there for two nights we did notice that it was repetitive. Would be amazing if kids had a separate pool as they get a little crazy playing games. Also I would really like the pool (if not pool and beach) to be open for longer especially as there’s not much to do in the evenings. Found the Air Con tricky to work some nights; it didn’t want to turn on.

It is a beautiful hotel, a lovely view from the beach and pool. The staff were amazing. Kevin was the only wait staff whose name I remember, he was very helpful but they were all great. The omelette chef was constantly busy but so friendly and the omelettes were delicious. The entertainment coordinator who organised aqua aerobics and everything was perfect. He was very enthusiastic but also understood that we had devoted our weekend to laziness! I'm sorry I didn't get his name.

The staff had to work so hard to find space for everyone at the beach and pool. We always got a lounger but we were up reasonably early and even then most of the loungers had been claimed with towels. It would be much more comfortable for everyone if they had more loungers and umbrellas.

WoW absolutely perfect hotel location is just beautiful water lots of crabs nature was driving as was the fishes. The staff were exceptional. The pool was just beautiful. The stuff really made us feel at home room staff gave me a happy birthday. I will never forget with flowers on my bed spelling happy birthday and a message on the mirror. They also gave me a birthday cake exceptional location exceptional staff for all families the pool was the right depth where everybody was safe children with safe lifeguard on site, with a swing on the sand at the beach we made sandcastles we swam we ate we laughed we had cake by the ocean perfect place thank you. The breakfast was absolutely perfect. The dinner was lovely.

The poolside food could’ve had a better selection

We have stayed at this hotel many times and always found the staff extremely welcoming, polite and helpful this is one of the most friendly hotels we stay in when we have a staycay in and around Dubai. The breakfast is very good with a lot of choices, the restaurant is clean, the amenities are good considering it is not a huge hotel, we enjoyed the Aqua Aerobics, it's very relaxing.

We had an issue in the restaurant at lunch this visit but management immediately rectified this swiftly and made our short stay very enjoyable it was much appreciated thank you to all the team and we will see you again soon.

We recently stayed at Vida Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The facilities are great, offering everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a great space to unwind. The staff are very accommodating and ready to assist with any request. The food was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. Vida Hotel is an excellent choice for a family getaway. They offer a Kids Club that will keep the little ones entertained throughout your stay, allowing the adults some well-deserved relaxation. Overall, I highly recommend Vida Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly escape.

The challenge isn’t with the hotel itself, which has wonderful facilities, but with its location. Umm Al Quwain, though pleasant, offers limited opportunities for activities and entertainment.
