This hotel was clean, from the in to the outside. It’s got beautiful scenery as you look out the window. The shops are all close by and if you don’t fancy the hotel food a quick trip to Mac Donald’s is just a minute away. Also ground floor rooms was bliss for those people who have disabilities as the rooms are easily accessible! Their was a variety of things you can have for breakfast, what really caught my eye is the variety on the menu which caters not only for meat eaters but for vegetarians and vegans too!! I cannot comment enough on how clean this hotel is. We stayed 2 nights and whenever we came back from our outings our room would be clean and smelling fresh.Beautiful hotel. I would visit again 100%.
Everything was perfect!!

Great location, nice rooms, comfy bed and lovely restaurant (chips were amazing). Staff were very helpful both in the hotel and the restaurant. Very pleasant experience all round.
Quite expensive for one night, but close to the university and I’m guessing prices were a little higher due to graduation. Hair dryer was broken in my room, but I didn’t have time to run to reception to get a replacement sorted. My mums room was separated by a landing, which was fine, though she’s quite nervous about staying on her own so would have been nice to be next to each other. A minor point though, great stay!

Everything.- Well Almost! Check-in was easy. Staff were amazingly friendly (even when the internet failed- which is not their fault)! Kudos to the Receptionist, that was amazingly helpful (AND FRIENDLY)- even though she was under a lot of stress (none of which was her fault). Room TV included Netflix etc. at no extra charge)..TOP MARKS.... (I would suggest however a 'reset' of what previous guests had viewed (ahem) especially if you have children)! The bathroom was spotless and spacious- however- the showers miss a 'flexi shower hose' (head is fixed quite high up) The large bed was really comfy- and extra pillows were provided. Also- you could (if needed) open the windows (a massive plus point for me as I'm not a fan of locked windows and air-con. The only real negative point, are the electric sockets/charging points, which are on the opposite side of the room (and not by the bed).
The restaurant/bar area is too much '1980's Butlins'- by this I mean- its too functional- too cold. Its NOT an area that encourages you to stay a little bit longer, and spend a few quid extra on that extra glass of wine or a couple of beers (surely that makes money). Less plastic tables- more comfy private areas? Make a 'cosy area?? and generally a less sterile/hospital feel???

Very central, easy place to find. The rooms had everything you'd expect. I emailed prior to us turning up to surprise my wife with Red Rose petals on the bed in a heart shape as she entered the room.. and the staff were very friendly and welcoming indeed. The room was directly overlooking our motorbikes parked below us... Nice & secure. The breakfast was OK.. All in all.. a nice overnight stay... onward journey to Fishguard, then Ireland 🇮🇪 👏 👌 😀
The Toaster didn't work properly at breakfast. And had to remind the waitress to serve coffee.. Other than that... everything else was good.

it was modern, fresh, clean and comfortable..food is good..breakfast was nice although those that like a mega breakfast may not be overly keen..parking is free and easy. most staff were pleasant and helpful. a lady named Sally in the restaurant was especially warm and friendly and this helps you feel welcome.
Some small irritations like lack of shelf in shower for your shampoo, lack of bedside power sockets or charging slots. also no bath sheets like most hotels but instead the smaller bath towels were the best. it was a bit further from the seafront than we would have liked but it is walkable at around 30 mins. these are small minor things that maybe can be improved in time.

My experience was absolutely First Class I could not fault the place and I know nothing is perfect but, it was a very pleasant stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic, extremely polite and only too eager to ensure everything was there for you. The room was excellent and better value compared to some in the town, especially the larger chain groups, way better. Food, well at least my choice was really good, homemade and a good sized portion, well done to the kitchen staff. I don't do breakfast very often, as was the case here, so unfortunately I cannot comment. Would without question I would recommend this delightful hotel and stay again, no hesitation.
Leaving.

The hotel has recently undergone a full refurbishment and it's been done to a very high quality. The room was lovely and clean and the shower was the best we've ever had in a hotel! It was a huge waterfall shower which was actually powerful and so lovely! Breakfast was also great although a bit pricey at £16.50 pp. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel so can't comment on that. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Location was a little far out of town but that didn't bother us too much as we knew this when booking but worth bearing in mind if you like being in the centre. Only took about 15/20 mins to walk into town and buses run frequently into town. Breakfast was lovely but felt it was quite expensive. Couldn't fault anything else!

Room very clean and warm, staff were all friendly, food was good both in the evening and morning, across from morrison which was good as we forget to bring teeth brush and there was a macdonald it was busy but we could not hear any noise from there. Room was next to the road but after 6.30 pm it became quiet. We sleep well
Just a small thing, the dould glazed window seal needs to been resealed as it you stand by window withot the curtains together there is a draught. But that did not spoiled our stay

The staff were helpful: they lent us an extension lead with no fuss (there were no sockets next to the bed to plug in my CPAP machine) and the restaurant catered for my daughter’s food intolerances very well. Thank you.
we were in room 1 and the people in room 2 disturbed us in the night: they came back about 11:15 and were talking in the corridor for about 10 mins (I think they had 2 rooms, room2 and the one opposite) about 5 mins later they were switching the light switch on and off for ages (sounded like it was near our heads) and then about 10 mins later they rapped on the wall between them and us making us jump out of our skin (my daughter and I were asleep) but we chose to ignore them…. had no more disturbance.

The room was very nice. We had two single beds. Tea and coffee facilities with free cookies! The bathroom with walk in shower was very luxurious. Loads of car parking spaces. Small lift in the hotel was great to take the bags up to our room. Very quiet at night.
The price of breakfast was quite expensive and the hotel only had a 3* food hygiene rating when we visited (May 23) so we did not eat at the hotel. There is a Mc Donald's and Morrisons directly across the road. The walk into Aberystwyth took about 20 minutes.
