• Great location - literally just one minute away from the coach drop-off point • Ended up with an ensuite despite not selecting that option, which was a pleasant surprise • Kettle provided • Bed was really comfortable and blanket was sufficiently thick and warm • Sufficient room to move around, hangers provided for clothes, good amount of surfaces and plug sockets • Check-in + check-out process was very smooth

• It wasn't the cleanest place I've ever stayed, but it wasn't unacceptably dirty either. Apart from that, I can't really fault anything else about my stay! I'd certainly return again :)

The location of the hotel could not be better, I was there for an event in the tower ballroom and the hotel was on the doorstep. The owners of the hotel could not have been any more attentive, excellent hosts. I went with family but had a single room to my self which was very comfortable and clean. Felt like a home from home. Would highly recommend and will return again this year.

The location was great just right next to coral island and near the town centre. The host was lovely and friendly. I'm not sure why people are moaning about a basic bnb that is very cheap. You literally get what you pay for if you want a luxury bnb or hotel you will have to pay alot more somewhere else. We had a great stay and no complaints.

The place does need updating which the host was honest about.

Brilliant location, staff very friendly and easy to settle in. My room was very clean and tidy I don't have any complaints or moans what so ever. The road is very quiet at night, and 5 mins away you can get into the night life with know problems.

We like how central it is to everything and the rooms are lovely and spacious the owner David was very friendly and helped bring a fan as the window wouldn't open overall goid value for money and have stayed a few times now and will be back next year.

Absolutely spotless. Even though I only stayed for 1 night. It was very comfortable, and very welcoming. Not only that but it was exceptionally clean and one of the best establishments I've ever stayed in... wish I could have stayed longer I will definatley be staying at the Boyce Hotel again Thank you so much for an amazing time

There was nothing not to like

Good location, easy access to the sea front. Nice friendly staff member Jeff.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, mattress is very used and needs replacing as it dips in the middle and was very squashed and hard. All in all though you get what you pay for really so other than that it was fine.

Nice comfy bed plenty of pillows, spacious room, plenty of towels, tv worked good very close to town centre 👍

There really wasn't anything to dislike

Love the atmosphere and the friendly man that gives his house rules and then gives my kid her own house rules (to spend all of mummy daddy and grannies money 🤣🙌🏻) she loves hearing this! He told her the same rules in September last year and she was excited to hear them again! The new wallpaper and lick of paint in the room where beautiful, we talked about it all night, my kid wanted to know what party the tiger was having? An abundance of towels displayed for us to use! Amazing place, can't wait to book again!

Me and my son come here regularly, we love the location as it is very close to everything we need, the hotel itself is lovely, the rooms are always plenty big enough and have all the facilities needed, staff are always very friendly too.

There is nothing we don’t like about here, it’s always a pleasant stay
