We had a great holiday, the B&B was in the perfect location - only taking 5 mins to walk to the tower. Despite being so close to the centre, the B&B was so quiet not disturbed at all and if the noise of the seagulls in the morning were to bother you then there are earplugs supplied. Paula was very friendly and helpful. She also made a lovely full English breakfast each morning, although other options were available on the menu. Lovely selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and juice also available too. The room was very comfortable and clean. The little touches of bottles of water in the fridge made all the difference after a long journey. Will definitely be back to stay soon!!

Breakfast was excellent. I also liked the little touches to the room, eg cotton buds, cotton pads, shampoo hand wash

I book this hotel for a number of reasons and one was because it had a bar, the bar hadn’t been open since Covid, I was with my Grandson so I didn’t like the idea of going into another bar on my own.

Lovely little b&b close to Winter Gardens where I was working, main shops and promenade. Collected key from the external keysafe with great communication with Paula in advance of my stay. My room was a double, nice size with iron/board, fan, an alarm clock and a hair dryer in room 🙂🙂. Usual tea/coffee facilities in room which was great aswell. Ensuite toilet/shower, good size, towels provided, loo rolls etc and hot water (always good and i can say i've stayed places where it's barely even warm). Paula was lovely and really helpful. Absolutely recommend this lovely b&b. If available for my future visits will happily stay again 🙂.

Paula was a very kind, friendly, and courteous host. The beds were comfy, cleanliness was good, and the bathroom was well equipped. Location was good (close to the beach) - we parked around a 10 minute walk away. We didn't have breakfast during our stay so can't comment on that, but it was offered to us if we wanted it.

There was a bit of noise in the evening from other guests/the street outside but it was quite easy to tolerate and didn't really cause us any issues. Our room had a double and single bed and was fairly small, which was fine for a couple of nights for two adults, but could feel a bit cramped if we were staying longer or had a party of more than two.

Close to the main centre. Nice personal touches in the room, big soft towels and more available on request if needed. Fridge in the room was extremely useful. Paula recommended a Big carpark very close by 10 minute walk, I use a crutch so closer for well abled, £17-£22 for a long weekend. There is parking on the street but never saw a space but if you have an expensive larger car like us I would suggest the carpark for safety as saw a broken wing mirror in the road. We never had breakfast as we are not eat immediately in the morning people but heard it’s excellent. Sadly we only met the lovely Paula briefly on arrival and departure as we were mainly out and about but was lovely she text us en route. The hotel has a very modern well finished look which makes it stand out nicely. We would return here.

Just a small recommendation maybe some extra bed throws in the room for chilly nights.

Close to blackpool pier, shop round the corner, taxi is 10 mins if not less too train station, lovley breakfast is made at the hotel at 9am, just let them know night before you would like one 😋

Nothing to note with regards to the hotel itself, seagulls are noisy but earplugs are provided, like i say nothing hotel can do and it be same for whole of blackpool, it was not that over powering i did not get a nights sleep !

Excellent location, decent friendly staff, very good price, fairly comfortable bed, nice shower, bathroom was clean, toilet etc.

Rooms ok, but on closer inspection, found the duvet, and bedding to have stains on it, duvet cover was well worn, with holes, dust and cobwebs on furniture and walls, no towels in the room, matresss also had stains, curtains very thin, noisy outside, needed to close window.

The room was very nice and a very good design decorated trendy stylish modern design compared to normal standard b n b hotels what are normally a plain old fashioned type wallpaper carpet fittings shower sink toilet,The claimar was really nice,Well looked after nice friendly welcoming owners the man I met on the 1st day checking in then the woman when checking out,I will stay again here very close to the town centre and shops pirates arcade.

Nothing only a minor thing was the tiny ironing board in the room,You can't iron clothes on these every small table top type,I prefer the normal type waist height ironing boards,This was only thing.

Paula and her team make you very welcome. The room was small and cosy with a double bed and bunk beds, very clean and comfortable with a good ensuite shower. Breakfast was excellent. It is central for the tower and other attractions. The central carpark is just 2 mins walk at the bottom of the street with reasonable fees at £22 for 48hrs. We will definitely stay again.
