Staff always welcomed you with a smile and asked if anything was required. We stayed 9 nights £333 ( family of 4 ) and room was clean and tidy with coffee/tea facilties. Ensuite with shower. Location is excellent less than 5 mins walk from the blackpool tower and local shops. Fresh towels for the asking. If u want left to yourself and no fuss this is the place for you. If you want pampered and doted on pay for a more expensive hotel. To rest your head at night and prime location and cheap this is fine.

Parking was extra ontop of the cost of the room. But was reasonable. We paid £45 for 9 nights

It was quiet enough and very pleasant and ran by really nice people and I would certainly go back to stay again no problem whatsoever.........

My only actual gripe his that sometimes you need to wait around for a fair bit of time in a morning before you actually see any housekeeping to ask for condiments and coffee ☕️ and milk 🥛 and also clean towels and toilet rolls has they only seem to turn up later in a morning but other than that everything was seriously very satisfactory and anything that you asked for you got no problem.......

We had a welcome checkin on arrival, the outside was clean and inviting the inside was also clean and welcoming. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, the bedding and towels were clean. The location was perfect and close to all attractions.

We had 2 rooms a double and family room, both rooms were extremely small there was no room to move about, the bathroom was also very small and not big enough to be able to get dressed which left me with no privacy, the room.was clean but considering we were booked for 4 nights I thought there might have been some housekeeping at least once during our stay but there was not. The street was also very noisy though the night. The mattress on the double dunk did not fit the bedframe and I banged my head really hard of the dunk bed through the night which almost split my head open, I know this is not the property's fault but because of the layout and postion of the dunks this could have been avoided.

Cleanliness of the room and the whole accommodation. Ash, the owner greeting us couldn't be nicer. Throughout the stay he would ask if I or my small child needed anything. Although the room I stayed in was small, which was no surprise since I booked small room with double bed (very comfortable btw), it had its own very clean bathroom, wardrobe, can't fault it for the price I paid which was almost a steal. Location was just perfect, 2 mins to Coral, Costcutter at the corner is less than a minute walk, 5 mins to the beach... Everything you need as a parent with a small child to enjoy a bit of time away, spending their days outside and go back to the hotel just to shower and sleep.

With no fault of the owner, people are noisy, don't care for others, banging doors and talking on the corridor from as early as 6-7am, going out to smoke. I was prepared for it as I knew cheap price attracts all sorts of people, although I never felt unsafe, only wished people were more considered of others. I'd suggest good ear plugs and maybe a little fan for hot days.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The family room which we had for 5 people was perfect for us, we all slept comfortably and enjoyed our nights here. The owners were very friendly and accommodating, anything we needed they got to us within 10 minutes and we called them a lot of times because we kept needing refills for our tea station being a big group of people. We also ended up being late for check in and the owners were very understanding about it which was a great ease to my night. 100% would stay again.

There are a lot of stairs to climb but you get use to it and it’s great exercise haha

Lovely staff, helpful, great communication even before we arrived, very helpful and friendly, made us feel comfortable. Lovely breakfast of sausage and bacon sandwich brought to us for breakfast to our room with orange juice for just £3 pp. Fab location, 😁 Thanks guys

*Squeaky bed 🙈, we had bunk beds double bottom. And single top for myself, fella and teenage daughter.. bed just needs oiling or similar so as not to be so squeaky. *No parking on sight through the day but free parking outside hotel from 8pm to 8am, my partner arrived later than me after work so this was ideal for us. but about 5 min walk up road we managed to get a small carpark the following morning 9.50 for 24hours with the help of the riviera owners. Small room but we knew that from pics and reviews before booking. We just wanted a bed and hot water in a budget hotel. So we could spend our money on the fun things in life, and that's what we got 😊

Close to the beach and main attractions 5 min from trams hallways clean clear and easy to get around. The rooms we had was clean on arrival both with showers nice hot water plenty of bedding and pillows. Great value for a trip. The owners have a great vision for the place I think by next year it will be great. Bathroom was convenient. Would come again for the value but I would pay more for access to the lounge dining area and nice garden area. In all lovely stay other guest was nice also

Not much most of the stay was fine Bed’s are metal so do squeak a lot when moving around but are fine for a family I think wooden beds and bunks would be a great investment for comfort. New owners are making improvements can’t do it overnight but I think this place is going to be fantastic when done up.

When we arrived our room was ready to check into straight away, as we made our way to our room it was very well presented very clean and there was plenty of room for me my partner and 2x kids, it was very quiet and no trouble, we had free wifi which to our kids was very good as they could go on there gadgets, was presented with tea and coffee in our room which was lovely after travelling for a while to get to black pool, overall a very good experience and would definitely consider this hotel to stay in especially for children

This wasn’t a massive issue but as one of my kids was using a pram we was on the top floor which meant walking up flights of stairs but wasn’t an issue as we had a great experience

Had a fantastic stay here, the staff are so welcoming and attentive. We at a large family with 2 teens and 2 younger children as it was the 2 youngest’s first time staying in a hotel as you can imagine they was very excited. The owners went above and beyond to make it a special experience for them and the rest of the family. I did have 1 issue with our room but the owners didn't hesitate to correct the problem and was very accommodating for our needs. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday, we will be returning very soon.

Would be lovely to have a communal room to relax in, giving somewhere for children to play also a bonus of giving the option to get together with other hotel residents, with that it would of made it perfect.

Was greeted by a lovely man who was more than happy to help, for the price we paid it was a decent room, The bed i would say was to my suprise so comfy had great nights sleep, free wifi and tv was standard as should be for the price :) i would 100 percent stay again.

Unfortunatley the shower curtain does need changing as is moldy :( shower works fine. Also im sad we didnt receive breakfast or any info on how to obtain my breakfast so i was let down by that when left very hungry and paid for breakfast elsewhere aswell. But id still stay
