Mrs Jo is a very nice hard working lady that runs the place like magic. It's well maintained and super clean. The room with bathroom were I was in is very neat and has a very good mattress. No disturbances what so ever and a great breakfast! I could stay there for many more days than the one night I spent there.

One small point of possible improvement could be the bathroom fan that comes in when one switches on the bathroom light. But hé this place is much much better than many Schottish hotels for sure.

Fantastic breakfast. Good parking space. Room was large with a comfortable bed and a fantastic view of the garden. Very peaceful location only a few minutes drive from the local village. Larger towns only a short drive away.

Small television with poor reception at times. No desk to sit at while using our laptop.

Location was excellent and easy to get to from the airport in Dyce. Spots for parking and calm surroundings. The host was very helpful and accommodating. Clean room. Breakfast was magnificent and we didn’t even have to grab lunch. Dog was a sweetheart.

The owner is very welcoming and friendly she couldn’t do enough for us the cleanliness was exceptional the bed was very comfortable best sleep I’ve had in ages you couldn’t have ask for more at breakfast there was plenty to suit everyone’s taste I don’t think there was anything else she could have offered even down to the morning newspapers

Jo was a wonderful host and made sure I was comfortable. Lively comfortable bed and facilities plus gorgeous breakfast. Lots of choice at breakfast. Will be going back over the next several years whilst my son is studying medicine up in Aberdeen!!!!

Finding Hosefield House on our satnav.

The breakfast was comprehensive, well prepared and brilliantly presented. The house is very well situated for a visit to the environs of Ellon whilst being quietly in a rural setting. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful, making us feel very much at home.

Everything about Hosefield was perfect for us; location is beautiful and so peaceful, room very comfortable, huge choice for breakfast well cooked and presented and safe off-road parking. Jo is so friendly, accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. We would certainly stay again.

I stayed at the Hosefield bed and breakfast for 3 nights for work. Jo did a great job in making me feel at home and made a top notch breakfast in the morning. I would recommend staying there. Thanks Jo.
