We found it really clean and the staff were really helpful and friendly, especially Salah who answered all our questions, helped us book a transfer, helped us with parking whilst we were away, the driver that took us to the airport was patient as we were running late, and the cleaner caught us before we left as we had left something in the room, the food was lovely, I have already recommended the hotel to others. Thank you for making our stay pleasant.

The hotel family room was absolutely beautiful.

It said on the booking.com that the hotel is 14mins walk from the airport, which it isn't. There was no transport to the hotel when we arrived. We took a bus and walk alongside the dark road for 30mins. When we where in the hotel, they organised a transport to the Stansted airport for £18/2 people

We arrived back at Stansted at an ungodly hour in the morning and were pleased to be able to fall into bed before driving home. For various reasons I had booked parking elsewhere before deciding on this hotel; on another occasion I would use it for parking too.

This isn't really a complaint -- the owners have to offer the services that make financial sense to them -- but the checkout and airport shuttle times were based on all flights leaving and arriving in the middle of the day. We were able to pay for a late checkout (by one hour), which was necessary because of the time our flight got in, but we missed breakfast and the last shuttle to the airport. The hotel decor is a bit tired, but we weren't there long enough for it to matter.

I appreciated the little Restaurant serving good, honest food in the evening. ( usually until 20-20.30). The first shuttle bus of the day to the airport arrived on the minute at the front door. Staff is friendly and helpful.

One can make hot drinks in the room but the cups / glasses were not clean. Does not look like the hotel gets served by public transport. It‘s a bit of an odd place, but I stay there again.

The radiator only had one setting - scalding hot. I couldn't turn it off, and I never sleep with the heating on, far too hot. Noise from people outside as I was facing the car park. I like to have the window open. The planes were quite noisy but I guess that's the closeness to the airport.

The Garden of Eden-inspired artwork in the reception area is awe-inspiring. Also, there is a cat who presumably lives on the premises. Bumping into that cat at 3 AM changed my life. I was not looking forward to my travels at the time but I took that encounter with that cat as a positive omen. It gave me hope.

There was a half-full cup of tea in my room when I checked in.

The bedrooms were fine. The dining room looked good, but the breakfast didn’t, the driver to the airport was lovely and a funny chap.

The cooked breakfast looked unappealing. Parts of the building had spiders and webs. The overnight staff wasn’t too friendly. Morning staff nicer. the signage indicating we shouldn’t go through a door, then the staff telling us we should, very confusing, and at 3am after flight delays not that welcome a confusion. Make signage clearer!

Hotel was absolutely fine for one night stay before flying out the next day. Rooms were fairly comfortable and clean. Bar area was nice, with cheap drinks, and fairly priced food. Was useful to park cars on site, which is around £8 per day. Nice large garden area to sit out with a drink..

Cheap and cheerful - nothing much to not like. Heating on in June though??

I have stayed at this hotel before when I have been flying out from Stansted. The location is perfect and quiet unlike other hotels I have stayed in around the airport which were very noisy. The staff were absolutely delightful and this was one of the main reasons we returned again for our next stay. They were all extremely helpful and the lady we met at reception both time was extremely welcoming and helpful. Sadly this time we didn’t get a chance to have breakfast as our flight was too early but it was very nice indeed on our previous stay. I would definitely stay again and 100% recommended this hotel.

The room we stayed in was in the process of being done up I think as there was a tested paint sample on the wall and the headboard hadn’t been installed but for an overnight stay it was perfectly fine and comfortable.

They were so kind and communicated so well. They came to pick us up from the airport no problems, faster than a bus and half the cost of Taxi. The room was so big and beds were great!!! :) We will stay here every time we need to go to the airport.

Renovations - No WIFI in our room. If you want WIFI ask for it specifically. It is a huge place, beautiful and all good, food and bar is good. Just make sure you ask for a room with WIFI - or be prepared to sit in the reception.
