Very Handy for the airport as we had an early flight/late flight. No frills but a good bar and food available. Shuttle bus to airport if a real selling point compared to cost of a taxi.

Amazing hotel, very pleased with everything they offered. They have a garden place to sit and enjoy a drink or two. Food was lush, the restaurant was stunning. The furniture was modern and comfy. I'm so happy, that I'd happily rebook to stay her when flying from Stansted. You are literally on the doorstep of the airport, it wasn't noisy so the rooms had really good windows to keep the noise out. Easy check in and check out as our flight was early morning. Thank you for a great stay.

The only issue is parking, which is probably the thing that would let this hotel down. I really think that the hotel around have an area to reserve parking for anyone who would like to reserve a spot If they had this option then nothing could fault this hotel. Thank you again.

The staff were super friendly and great at answering all our questions. The food was also really yummy!

Location is a bit out the way, but my partner and I just needed it for a wedding we were attending. It would've been great if we had another chair in the room and maybe a bedside table, but those are nice to haves.

We loved this hotel, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, tea and coffee in the room was nice and the hotel is exceptionally quiet, we had a great sleep. The food and service in the restaurant and lounge were fantastic and most of all the staff were friendly helpful and prompt to assist in any way they could in all areas of the hotel, including reception, which can often be a challenge at hotels and restaurants in the UK. Check out was quick and efficient, just dropped our keys in the box at reception and the shuttle, for £4 each was appreciated every half hour to the airport.

I had an overnight stay at the Novotel Stansted Airport before an International flight. The transfer bus runs every half hour which is very convenient. My room was perfect with plenty of space and the most comfortable memory foam bed I've ever slept in! Great walk-in shower. I had a very nice dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was very good with a variety of choices.

The only thing I didn't like was purely esthetic: the tap in my bathroom looked as though it had been polished so much that the chrome had rubbed off leaving an unpleasant looking finish. I think it needs to be replaced.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the bar in the hotel. The staff there were very friendly (and the staff in reception too) as we didn't even know there was a bar and we were able to get a snack even tho it was late. The room was very good and I'd recommend this hotel if your flight is either very late or very early.

If you choose this hotel be warned: it is difficult to find as the signing at Stansted Airport is terrible! It's much further away than you might think, past the long stay car parks.

The bed was comfortable and plenty of space (pillows were a little flat though). Manager in restaurant was very efficient when my gluten free meal went awry and was not supplied (which could have been consequential for me as a coealic so good job I doubled checked when it came out of the kitchen).

The gluten free meal order needs to be 100% accurate as mistakes cannot be made Suggest gluten free meals are served with a flag in it and a check process is put in place with kitchen but the error was made this time with the order not being marked as gluten free requirement by the waitress

Great price and a comfy bed. The Executive room had all those extras to make the stay that little more special. Rituals toiletries, a bathrobe and slippers and the Nespresso coffee machine were nice touches. Breakfast was great. One of the best buffet breakfasts I've had at a hotel.

The room definitely needs a refurb. Old furniture and rust on the toilet fittings isn't what I expect in an Executive room.

Bus shuttle from the airport was excellent, easy to find and reasonably priced. It was very regular so you didn't have to wait long. Meal and beer were excellent and available anytime.

The room was tiny and very dark and unwelcoming. The welcome or lack of welcome was surprising especially bearing in mind the cost and that I was travelling on my own and an older client. I was expected to do everything even get my menu online so the normal information in the room was not there. The cost was high for what was offered,

Friendly staff, such a nice vibe, the room was so clean and comfortable. Even the wall design was lovely in the bedroom. The bathroom has been so clean we even stayed in the bathtub to relax and enjoy the start of our vacation. The shuttle was in perfect timing to take us to the airport. All in all I was impressed we had such a comfortable and cool stay at an airport hotel. I didn't know what to expect, but it's been exceeded. I wish everyone would have pillows like them! Well done!
