This is a beautiful little Boutique Hotel. We were met by a very friendly member of staff who brought us into a lovely reception room to check us in and explain all the facilities. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Little touches like fresh orange juice left in our room and good coffee making facilities with fresh milk made all the difference. Even an umbrella was supplied to help us cope with the rainy weather if needed. Ideal location in the centre of Bromley, close to shopping, restaurants and train stations. Will definitely be returning here.

Honestly can't think of a thing

there is almost nothing I did not like when it came to this hotel. the rooms were exceptionally clean, there was water and a drink of choice waiting for us in the room as well as tea,coffee and water at our disposal in the library downstairs. it was a wonderful stay and the staff as well as any professionals that came in to work on the place were beyond lovely. (the hotel is fairly new so work was still being done on it)

the only thing I did not enjoy was simply a personal preference, the beds were a little too soft for my liking but that's just me. Also the robes provided in the bathrooms were a little on the small side.

We pre-checked in via the online app on my phone and it made it really easy to get into our room after 8pm at night. When we arrived to the room, there was a welcome card, along with smoothies left out on the table for us which was classy. The room was very spacious with a comfortable king size bed, coffee machine, TV, wireless charging lamps, and a beautiful bathroom. The bathroom had lovely scented in-house soaps/shampoos, bath robes and slippers!

Warm welcome with fresh juice and an air conditioned room - perfect for a hot day. All the team were so friendly and helpful. The decor is beautiful and the facilities like the Dyson hairdryer and Steamery steamer added to the luxury feel. The location is ideal - central for stations and restaurants but quiet.

If we had to suggest one improvement, it would be wonderful to have a mini fridge in the room.

I liked the staff and liked the style of the room, very art deco.

I didn't like the fact that there was nowhere to park on arrival to take my luggage out of my car. There were also no instructions to direct you regarding being shown your room, as initially there was no staff in the lobby area on my arrival. Furthermore, I was worried there was no window opening in our room if we were trapped due to a fire, no escape route.

Getting inside the room was pretty tricky using the app as Internet connection was poor however we were promptly given a card which solved the problem

Best hotel I know of in the whole area, have been to all of them several times over the years, believe me. Perfect location, professional staff, very nice rooms. Will stick with Brama from now on as long as they have rooms available.

There was nothing I did not like

Everything, the finish was impeccable. Small details thought about so you don’t have to. The location was superb. I loved the decor of the hotel (the lobby/entrance) smelt Devine. The staff are friendly. I would 100% stay here again!!

Brand new, exceptionally clean, friendly staff. beautiful bedding, towels, bathroom products, coffee machine. We also had a lovely breakfast at the attached restaurant and staff were friendly and efficient and food good.
