Very spacious room; much more so than a typical hotel room, with a seating area, kitchenette and separate bathroom. Really excellent at the price. Location in the city was very good: close to main railway stations and on bus routes. Very friendly staff member in charge of the breakfast room. Breakfast food and drink selection was relatively modest but adequate. The reception desk staff member was helpful in changing our room (see below).

Our first two nights were seriously spoiled by the noise from the bar below the hotel. There was loud music and loud voices until 3.30 am, and my wife couldn't sleep. We were able to move to a quieter room, but anyone booking to stay in this hotel should ask for a room overlooking the car park at the rear.

The room is really good, actually, outstanding 51 square meters with great space for bedroom, bathroom, kitchen plus living room. The location is the great point, becasue you can walk up to the closer attractions and also take subway (2 stations to be selected) to other part of Glasgow and also two trains stations to go to other Scotland cities.

Just two days were used to clean the flat during these 14 days. And also some noise, because the wooden roof I supposed. But, the worst and unpleasant situation for me happened when I asked for late check-out (and I am talking about just one hour late!!!) and the lady at the reception replied me it must be charged 25 pounds;hour...Gee, after to staying 14 days there Fraser will charge me 25 pounds por just one hour...that is ridiculous!!!

That it is centrally located. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms are a good size and well appointed.

Building is old. Noise from guests walking on floor above. Creaky floors. Some windows are not sealing very well, so noise is not blocked out. Lot of noise from the street when staying in a front room. Back rooms facing garage are a bit quieter, but noise from air conditioners and emptying of recycle bottles are a nuisance. I have been using Fraser Suites for more than 35 years. I asked for an extra hour checkout but was told it would cost me an extra £25. I can understand if the place was busy but that time of year it wasn’t. Very disappointed ☹️

Large spacious room with a sitting area and kitchenette and separate bathroom. There is a laundry suite on lower floor of building which was great and all FREE even washing powder. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful.

The bed was a bit disappointing as was obviously two singles pushed together and the two mattresses did not line up leaving a ridge. This made it not as comfortable. Our room was facing the front of the street, opposite office buildings meaning we had to keep curtains closed for privacy. Also in the evening we could hear people in the street while we were trying to sleep.

I was in a one bedroom apartment. The rooms are spacious. Everything you need in them. Great location, just a short walk from St. enoch Centre and all the shops. Staff were pleasant. I arrived well before check-in, and they had a room to store my luggage, which was handy.

Wall lamps in bedroom did not work. The walls in all rooms could be doing with some fresh paint. Noise - my first night staying was on a Saturday night, Bar down below apparments is open till 3am so I could hear the loud music untill 3am then noise from everyone coming out of bar. My second night was a lot better had a great sleep on the Sunday night.

Great studio apartment in a very good location in the Merchant City area of Glasgow. The studio was a very good size, it was well-equipped, the bed was huge and extremely comfortable and it had a good bathroom. Supplying drinking water machines on our floor was a nice touch, as we're the coffee bags left for our use. The heating was excellent. Close by there is a very good selection of bars and restaurants. We would definitely stay at Fraser Suites again.

It's only a very minor point, and it did not adversely affect our stay, but the TV channel selection could have been better (it was limited Freeview only) and there was no radio access, which was a surprise. The latter would not have been an issue had we taken a portable speaker with us, but we forgot.

very very hot & difficult to sleep I had to shower to keep cool in the middle of the night & as well in am & mid day🤷🏻‍♀️I had a very weak fan in my large room not adequate at all. noise all night from local restaurants & bars, not just a little very loud & fighting heard, unsettling… both nights.

The apartment was spacious, and the bathroom high quality and newly fitted, with a rainfall shower (lovely and hot) and towel warmer (luxury and great for drying small items). The little details in the room made it so welcoming and comfortable for me. The kitchen was well fitted out with thoughtful details like a coffee plunger, microwave and even scissors. The soaps and bathroom products, coffee bags, decaf coffee bags and camomile tea were so much appreciated. A quick trip to Marks and Spencer’s food hall around the corner and I had everything I needed for quick meals on the go. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic value and high quality, with attentive and helpful manager. The staff were friendly and obliging, helping me with directions, available 24/7 for assistance. The hotel is a few blocks from the main centre, trains and bus station, so you’ll need your walking shoes on, but still central to everything, to the St Enoch shopping mall (including cinema, restaurants and boutiques), and in a historic part of town. I did a beautiful walk early one sunny morning across town, along the Clyde River walkway, and back to the beautiful Glasgow Green park, ending up only a couple of blocks from the hotel.

The reception area is a little dated, and I thought at first that this might mean the hotel was run down, but I soon changed my mind, as it was so well managed, well stocked with high quality extras and the rooms so comfortable. The reception offered umbrellas for guests, much needed in Glasgow autumn weather. My only other comment is that breakfasts started at 8 am on weekends, understandable for staff and guests, but too late for me to meet my tour.

Great location, staff were helpful and understanding. I needed an extra comforter and it was delivered within 10 minutes. Parking is right next door and Fraser Suites has a discount code.

I wasn’t expecting a gourmet kitchen, but the term in the description that it was fully fitted did not hit the mark. A second luggage trolley is needed, or it should be checked in and out by the staff. When we checked out the only trolley could not be found. It was obviously in someone’s room who thought it was for their personal use.

I was very impressed with the suite that I booked for a group of 4 friends going to a gig in the city centre. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The suite was spacious and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable. The whole suite was well equipped with everything we needed and much more (the extra snacks and drinks provided were very much appreciated after a long day of travelling!) The cost of this stay was less than most of the other hotels at the time I booked but the whole experience was far superior. I highly recommend the Fraser Suites Glasgow and will definitely stay again in future.
