The atmosphere is pleasant, the room was comfortable, and it had everything we needed. We could walk to South Harrow underground station. Additionally, there’s a bus stop practically in front of the hotel, which makes getting around much easier. The reception is open 24 hours, and this was very helpful on the days we arrived close to midnight after exploring the city. Another positive point was the communication with the Hotel. Our arrival flight was cancelled, and we missed the first day of our booking. I sent a message through Booking.com to inform them, and they responded promptly.

- clean and cozy - near the South Harrow and Harrow on the Hill Underground and Grange Road bus station. Very easy access from and to Heathrow Airport and Wembley Stadium - they were nice enough to offer 1.5 h late check in for free on our last day there and an European plug adaptor when we arrived. - loads of shops and restaurants nearby, including a Waitrose and 5 bus stations to the Harrow mall - staff was extremely friendly and helpful, I was pleasantly surprised. - breakfast was 10 gbp per person and worth its value for sure, more than sufficient and plenty of varieties, even though it's continental and not Swedish buffet. Very tasty and consistent. - amazing shower, I want one of these at home - although the room was not particularly big, the beds were comfy - right next to the Harrow Police station if it gives you a sense of security - cleaning was done every other day but if you needed fresh towels daily you could take them from the reception. - very easy access to the city centre via the 2 Underground stations (in about 45-60 minutes you can be right in the center of London) - would definitely recommend and book again should I come back to London

The only con I can think of would be the depositing of the clothing, it has a few hangers and a sort of mini closet + a table with space underneath but we kept our clothes in our bags and was ok in the end, so I would say this is not a deal breaker.

I stayed here as I was going to a concert in Wembley. This hotel was a very good price for two nights. I caught a bus from Heathrow, the SL9, and it stopped about 7 min walk from the hotel, cost £1.75. I caught 2 buses to and from Wembley Arena, just up the hill from the Salt Bar, which is just up from the hotel. They were the H17 and the no 92, reverse on way back. The hotel was very clean, I was on the 4th floor, small room, but perfect for me. Bed, very comfy, powerful hot shower, fridge, hairdryer, kettle, tea/coffee. Lifts were great. There are 2, never full, always available. Staff were fabulous, from check-in to check-out, they were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast is served in the hotel for £9.99. I didn't have it, so I can't comment on it. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are a major asset, and I hope management knows this. I caught the bus back to Heathrow, across the road from where it dropped me, again the SL9. I was on my own, so the ease of getting around, the wonderful staff, truly made the stay very enjoyable.

Welcoming and friendly staff who were very helpful from when we got there to when we left. The room was bigger than we expected from the pictures which was a bonus. It was clean, well presented and the in room thermostat came in handy on our hot weather weekend stay. Plenty to choose from for the self serve continental breakfast and it was tasty. They only put a bit out at a time which meant that if you came down for breakfast later then the food was fresh. It was only about a 5 minute walk away from South-Harrow underground station and was easy to find.

Good location, not far from Harrow centre (ten minutes by bus which comes frequently). The staff very kind and helpful. The bathroom of good size. Comfortable bed. The kettle and the fridge is a plus.

The smell of Asian food (curry spices) at the ground floor and the entrance. The hotel is a bit dated and although it seems they tried perhaps recently to do some renovation it's far from what's needed. The double rooms are of average size and the actual space available becomes smaller because of the un-nessesary extra bed in the room. The room service and cleaning comes every 2nd day (not every day). Coffee and tea bags not renewed every day. Only few hangers available (two per person). Some lights were not working (insufficient room and bathroom lighting).

Great value and helpful staff.

Dis hotel is a very nice place for a break away whit your udder half. Staff a very good they made or stay very comfortable. Rooms are very clean 👌and spacious. Breakfast was very nice and you get plenty of different options highly recommended 👌definitely be coming again to stay. Thanks to all the staff 🙌 for your superb service 👏👍.

Excellent location; The room looked out on to the main road - pleasant unobstructed view of rolling hills; South Harrow tube station is only about 7 min walk (Piccadilly line gets you into central London in 45 min or so); Bus stop right outside the hotel - easy to get into Harrow / Wembley; coin laundry across the street; Police station next door; No disturbances in the area; Plenty of shops nearby; a large Waitrose store 4 min away (next to the petrol pump). Heathrow is about half and hour away (~GBP 40 by private taxi). Very good breakfast. The staff (Sachin and Jaydev) were very courteous and helpful. Thanks to them for their generosity. Overall excellent place.

It would be great if the bathrooms could be fitted with an exhaust fan.

Our expectations were that this would be a reasonable budget hotel given the prices and photo of exterior but this hotel really surprised us mainly because the staff were exceptionally helpful. I’ve stayed at many hotels as I travel a lot for work and the customer service at this hotel was head and shoulders above what I have experienced at much much more expensive places. I had left my charger at home and was expecting to have to buy one later but wanted to make a quick call and my phone was out. I asked at the desk whether they had a charger I could use for just a few minutes and instead they handed one to me and said I should use that rather than buy a new one! My family were there for 2 nights and they advised on places to eat, chatted pleasant,y whenever we passed reception. The rooms we had were scrupulously clean and had great air con too. The parking was very secure too. Really pleased and will be back!

The only thing I can think of to mark them down over is the towels were a little tired but everything else was excellent!

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Basic breakfast but a good choice for the price. Bus stop right outside to Harrow on the Hill train/tube station. Room basic but absolutely fine as a base - we were going to a concert.

As with many hotels the rooms were hot in summer but some do have cooling system and we were given one.
