Staff exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Room very nice, comfortable and clean. Excellent breakfast, but not included with room. Location is perfect for activities at Wembley--can see the Stadium from the hotel.

Nice hotel with friendly staff, but a fairly long walk to the Underground, and then a fairly long ride to activities in Central or, even worse, the Eastern part of London where I needed to go to watch the American baseball game. Hotel restaurant was convenient and generally good, but more of a pub than a restaurant, and while the "Chips" weren't too bad, the deep fried frozen piece of Fish was far from the Traditional Fish and Chips one expects in London and should be replaced.

Since the minute we checked in, staff were so lovely and welcoming. Luckily our room was ready to check into early so it gave us time to do some shopping around the outlet and get our bearings. We had breakfast and dinner here one morning and one night, the food was tasty nonetheless although a little pricey for Ibis. The rooms were basic but comfortable, clean and met all our needs throughout our stay, anything we asked for was never any trouble. Even on the day of the def leppard and Motley Crue concert, the staff had decorated the reception area with rock memorabilia and played the classic songs which we loved. A real lovely hotel and fabulous staff, will be back!!!

This would be outside the hotels control but the only small issue we had was noise outside on the street, people shouting and cars racing up and down but apart from that, we've no other complaints, our stay was just perfect

I came here for Harry Styles Love on Tour last week and everything was great! The staff was very nice and helpful (they even decorated the reception and the hall with pictures and a card board of harry which i LOVED!). The room was quite small but comfortable, overall it was more than enough for a couple of days! Breakfast was also great: a lot of choices between salty foods and sweets. Last but not least, if you plan on going to Wembley Stadium the position is AMAZING, it took us about 5 minutes to get back to the hotel after the concert! There are tube stations surrounding the area to get to the center of London, we personally went to Wembley Central (which is approximately a 10/15 minutes walk from the hotel) and took the bakerloo line which can get you to some of the main stations in the city center (piccadilly and oxford circus, paddington etc..). Overall it was a very nice experience, hopefully i’ll get to come back!

we were going to see harry styles and the location was perfect, the staff were brilliant getting in the mood, the lobby was decorated with harry styles stuff and playing his music so made our over all experience fantastic. staff very helpful and polite. room was small and clean, basic but did us for what we needed. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice,

I only have one gripe and that’s when we came back after being out the room had been cleaned (which was lovely) but my PJs were thrown on the floor and a shirt I had folded to stop being creased that I had put on the bed was thrown on to the stool and unfolded so creased. I didn’t think the cleaners took very good care on my belongings any that was my only negative

The location was very nice just next to the bus stops which were just a few stops away from the metro station and Wembley stadium. A lot of shops and restaurants in the area as well as shopping outlets. Loved the area. The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing specially Ms. Adrian. Overall very good experience

The room was a bit small for the 3 of us. The sofa bed for my daughter was uncomfortable but thanks to Adrian as she arranged a baby cot for my daughter late at night which was very comfortable.

We came for an event and the location was absolutely spot on for us and meant we didn’t need to rely on taxis late at night, this made us feel a lot safer and the end of the night.

The price!!! I paid £290 for one night in what is a very basic (but absolutely fine) purely because Harry styles was at the Wembley Stadium on tour. I am a single parent and found this extortionate but felt that I had no choice because being closer to the event meant myself and my daughter would be able to feel safe knowing we only had a short distance to travel. Knowing the price of a one night stay is nowhere near this amount on a normal day seems very unfair.

it is a basic hotel but everything was clean, bed was comfortable, they provided toiletries and there was complementary coffee and tea in the room. It is a good place for a short stay in Wembley. Windows can be opened which is always a plus for me. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot provide any comments. Staff was very nice, check in and check out were quick an efficient.

The biggest issue with this hotel is parking availability and price. I just wish they could offer a deal with one of the car parks. It cost me a fortune to park in the hotel next door, the Holiday Inn. If there are events, parking could cost more than £20 per day. it feels that is is a bit pricey for what they offer, but I suppose this is London and everything is expensive in London

Room was very clean apon arrival, everything was set out great. Air conditioning unit really helped keep the room at a good temperature. Staff were very very smiley and friendly. We went for a concert and they set out the lobby in the theme for the artist we were going to see. Bathroom stocked well.

Maybe have a bin in the room and not the bathroom - It took us a while to find it at first (not an issue at all just an ideaI). Would be nice if you could connect your phone to the tv so you can listen to music and watch videos, otherwise you are just watching Freeview really.

location was great and the staff were exceptional, very attentive and friendly. room was very nice and clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve stayed in.

The lack of staff at breakfast was very poor, only two runners who were completely overwhelmed. we felt extremely sorry for them trying their absolute hardest to accommodate every quest and all with a positive and friendly attitude despite the rudeness of some guests. It did blemish our stay and all we spoke about on our travel home was how sorry we felt for the restaurant staff. If I’d have been working that morning I’d have downed tools and left. maybe look into this because the staff really did put up with a lot of rude guests under completely ridiculous pressure.

I write for my cousin: she states her belonging was taken out of our room 809 without her consent. On the staffs assumption that we checked out. When in fact we still had the swipe entry cards to the room. So we actually had some time before we needed to check out. She also says car parking issues: havin to park in mall car park £9 each everyday coming and going out whilst staying at the hotel. And whilst we didnt come for event days. She says she had to pay £20 between 3:30 pm and 11:30pm on one event day. When we were only using car park because we were staying at ibis hotel
