The location was perfect for me as its an easy commute between Kilsyth and Cumbernauld. The room was clean (smelled and felt like new), and offered all the usual expectations you would expect; including an en-suite toilet, free-Wi-Fi, TV and tea/coffee making facilities, The double bed was comfy and the breakfast was generous and well-cooked with a fast, efficient and professional table service. The power shower was perfect after a busy day! I didn't have dinner at the hotel as I was meeting my daughter for a meal elsewhere, but I can vouch for the wonderful smells emanating from the restaurant, and it looked really busy, which speaks for itself.

Nothing.

Easy and quick check in room was compact but adequate had everything you could need bathroom spotless bed was really comfy and lovely and clean plenty of pllug ins to charge phone etc breakfast was really good with excellent service as was the evening meal lots of choice quick and great service bonus having free parking

no heating in the bathroom it was chilli, the shower cubicle was very small not easy to access, could here keys jangling with other guests not ideal at 2am and 6am could do without the huge metal keyring that is attached to keys

We stayed at a family room for 6 nights, which was spacious and clean. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food (breakfast and dinners) were sensational, the potions were generous. No wonder the restaurant was always packed. The overall stay was comfortable and cozy. I really regret not booking to stay longer. Will definitely re-visit.

The bed was slightly soft to my likings, but it was purely personal preference.

The location and price made it ideal for our attending a nearby wedding. it met most of our expectations re comfort and cleanliness.

in our particular room the bed was a touch too soft rolling towards the centre. two pillows each were provide, however one was not enough but two made it too high for comfort. other places we have stayed have offered varied thickness’ of pillows in the room. (alternately you could take your own which I have done in the past.)I was also disappointed not to find a hair dryer in the room. another standard in most hotels we have stayed in. as there was an iron ironing board and a trouser press in our room I would expect a hairdryer to be in-situ.

Staff, helpful and friendly. Breakfast very well presented and enjoyable.

Room looked good but issues with small bathroom very tight for space and I am not a big chap. Shower cabinet compact to say the least. Banged my head twice on the hanging rails over the luggage bench. Noisy road even during the night, window closed room to warm, window open no sleep due to traffic noise.

*Service: I’d like to give 10 out of 10 ☺️ I’m so satisfied with the kindness of the employees, especially servers at the restaurant. They’re offering excellent services. *Location: The hotel was close to Croy station. It was 5 mins away from the station by car. *Breakfast: It was lovely and nicely offered. *Facility: Room and the shower place was a bit small, but apart from this, room condition was good and clean. The bed was also comfy. Wifi was also well-connected.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us welcome and accommodate anything we needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the breakfast was excellent - great value for money.

The room was a little too warm for a summer night and though we turned the radiator off completely on the dial it was still on and therefore heating the room.

Kilsyth probably isn't a top tourist destination. We stayed here as part of our journey cycling the John Muir Way. We found the hotel to be really nice, the staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant was a complete surprise. There was a huge choice of food on offer and the meals were excellent and generous. Breakfast was equally as good. They even stored our cycles overnight for us so if you're doing the John Muir Way, consider this as a good stopping point.

Excellent value for money. The bed was comfortable, and you could tell the rooms had been recently decorated and the bathroom looked new too. All lovely and clean. Breakfast was great too. Absolutely will stay again.

The shower is on the small side but that is the only negative for us.
