Loads of parking available. The farm itself is still a working one, but clearly there's room for everyone on the site. We were immediately greeted on our arrival by the owner and friendly dogs, and shown to our room. The room itself was very clean and well presented. Free Wifi, and a decent signal as well. Tea and coffee making facilities available too The shower was nice and hot, towels were provided, and the bed was comfortable. Our stay was for two nights over a weekend, and was good value for money

Breakfast. Usually when we've booked a bed & breakfast, it involves a cooked breakfast as well as a variety of cereals, fruits, yoghurts and pastries. The breakfast here consisted of help-yourself to cereals in small variety packs, white sliced bread to toast, wrapped pain-au-chocolat and only semi-skimmed milk. The fridge was for guests use, and had various foodstuffs in it, but it was not actually clear what we could use, without taking another guests food/drink The roller blind in our room didn't really block the light out

After a long journey from the West Midlands it was so good to arrive at this peaceful location and once inside my room first impression how clean it was there was everything you needed tea/coffee television spotless bathroom & wow how comfortable was that bed sleept like a baby. Breakfast offered everything you needed to start your day but don't expect a full English as you will be disappointed but there was a kettle microwave & toaster & the range of food on offer was plentyfull for my stay it's a 10/10. Lastly the host was a real lovely lady so easy to chat too & nothing was too much trouble. I now know where I will be staying next time I am up in Scotland.

There was nothing to dislike again 10/10

The location is near to the A73 but road noise isn't an issue - but the location is ideal for easy access. Sprawling area amongst the farm buildings - you are NOT in the home owners house - it is a seperate entity entirely - which is easy going, friendly and private. Breakfast is continental and self serve - yet again in a communal area not attached to owners house.... so again - it's private for guests and easy going. 100% I would stay here again due to nice staff, nice surorundings, clean and decent facilities and easy going aspect to whole stay.

I arrived in the dark and it wasn't immediately obvious where to book in - but that's something and nothing & easily made up by Natalie the owner - she is a gem. :)

Warm welcome, very nice and spacious rustic room (Room 4) with comfortable bed. The self-service continental breakfast suited us well. We forgot to request gluten-free bread before arrival and only mentioned it at check-in but a fresh pack of rolls was waiting in the breakfast room in the morning.

We did not see a place for guests to put their dirty breakfast crockery and cutlery into - it would be good to provide a plastic box for this so everyone can come in to cleared tables. The road down to the B&B is a bit bumpy, but it’s a farm so no complaint.

We got lost trying to find it, On ringing , they were most helpful and were waiting for us on arrival, They explained where everything was and anything else they felt we needed to know. The last morning we found someone had used up all the cutlery, which having asked was brought to us with a big Sorry, and she stayed chatting, which was lovely.

maybe the lay out of bedroom, Tele where the hangers were with Table underneath where it was near the window and hanger over by the door ?

Affordable, nice bed, good bathroom and reasonable continental breakfast. I had rung ahead to explain that a road diversion was going to delay me by an hour or so and the lady of the house was waiting to show me the room as soon as I arrived, that was much appreciated.

Smallest of niggles but not so much a farm as a collection of business opportunities near a large town as far as I could see

Host: Super friendly Room was perfect for my needs Spotlessly clean Large TV (with netflix etc) Good WiFi connection Great shower Good location for work (Bellshill)

Thin walls in room I was staying in (modern building in the yard) Breakfast options quite limited if you have certain dietary requirements (no GF or non dairy options).

Generous sized room with comfy bed and good shower. Nice selection for self-help breakfast.

Neither Apple Maps nor Google Maps could precisely pinpoint the entry to the property. On my second time past, I saw the signage attached to a gate to direct me to another road to find the driveway. Perhaps this could be explained in the listing. It took quite a few minutes to find someone to check in with.

Arrived just after 10pm but was still able to check in. Much appreciated

Sat nav was not great and missed front a couple of times in the dark. Had to then find my way to the back. Allow a bit of time to find it if you are arriving in the dark, but still very good overall

The room was really nice and I was actually surprised for the price. The bed was clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed and a good size TV. There was no hand wash in the toilet but it was okay, I just used my shower gel to wash my hands. I was happy with the options for light breakfast. Plenty of cereal and different spreads etc, it was just the milk which had gone off but it wasn't the end of the world.

I felt there could have been a small shelf in the bathroom to put my things on and also a hook on the door so I could hang the towel up. Also, the milk in the fridge had gone off and was lumpy so I couldn't have porridge or cereal. I did open a porridge sachet but had to leave it. The small milk pods also were lumpy in tea. I did knock at the time to look for the owner, but there was no answer. It was okay though, I just had some toast for breakfast instead.
